The Sparta House is located in downtown Sparta but with almost an acre right on the Calfkiller River, you'd never know it! It's the best of both worlds. Walk to great coffee shops and pottery studios or fish from the back yard or bird watch from the sun room. There are many amazing waterfalls and superior hiking spots all within a 15 minute drive. Our beautiful tiny houses, in our garden, king size bed, bath, charcoal grill, outside wood stove with cooking area . big farm, garden, hikes, , bluegrass music sometimes, 2.5 miles from Burgess Falls, 12 min to Walmart. Also see Red Mule Lodge next door, a little bigger with a big screened porch. Ponies, dogs, music. king size bed plus one single size bed.

Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
