The villa extends over two floors. 5 double bedrooms and a study with a double sofa bed €350.00 cleaning fee for check-out to be paid in cash upon arrival. During Fall and Winter, heating costs will be extra. Check-in/Check-out Saturday.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying with Enrico and his wife, who were truly wonderful in everything. The house is fresh, beautiful, cozy, clean, comfortable... In short, nothing is missing! The location is strategic for visiting the center of Specchia and Salento in general. Communication with Enrico was excellent from before arrival. We thank him and his wife again for everything. When we return to Specchia, we hope to be their guests again.

We had a great stay in Antonio and Karina's Villa. It was very clean, each room had a bathroom, a spacious kitchen with all kinds of necessities and a nice seating area outside. The swimming pool with fine loungers was also a big plus. The kindness of the owners Antonio and Karina made it a top stay!

We were running late for our check in, but the host/agency was flexible and they met us, to welcome us and show us around the house. They were very helpful and at hand to provide us with extra towels and beach mats. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with super high ceilings and a very comfortable and positive vibe. I loved the outdoor shower. Mid of our stay there was a noise coming from the water pump outside due to the stormy weather few days earlier, but it was taken care of and dealt with immediately and professionally. Thank you for the truly lovely stay in the beautiful town of Presicce.

The stay at Casa Mujer Sofia was really wonderful and restorative! Upon arrival we were greeted by a sweet welcome, as Mr. Emanuele made us find the typical Apulian almond pastries at home. A real treat for the palate! The apartment offers all the comforts you can expect to live a relaxing holiday. The ceiling made with the typical Apulian stone, invites you to take an imaginary trip into the Salento tradition, while you are enchanted to admire the interlock of the living stone. In the solarium area on the terrace, a panoramic view of the village and sun loungers awaits you to relax and enjoy the silence around. The location of the property is great for walking to the elegant historic center of Specchia. In addition, Casa Mujer Sofia is a few kilometers from many maritime towns in the area and landscape areas also suitable for those who do cycling or want to explore the paths of Salento. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and couldn't have had a better time. The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very kind and always quick to respond and help when needed. Besides having a great little pool, it's also close to the sea with many amazing swimming spots nearby.
