We had a great time staying at the place. The house is secluded and quiet, surrounded by olive groves, and offers plenty of privacy. You are dependent on a car. The house had a few "teething problems" during our time, but most of them were fixed directly by the landlords. The landlords were very easy to reach & acted quickly. House is very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking, the pool and the pizza oven very much :) only curtains/blackouts in the bedroom we would have liked. The surroundings are beautiful and offer many excursion possibilities!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

he was incredible kind and friendly person always warm and welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. it really made a difference added a personal touch to our experience. the accommodation was spotless tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful country side setting in pulia. we especially love the amazing pool it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. everything was exactly as we hope if not better. we fell completely at ease and would absolutely love to return. highly recommend.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts , Mina and Andrea were very kind and left us a fabulous welcome basket and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens . The house was very clean and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pool that was cleaned daily. Good central location for exploring the area with lots of experiences locally , pasta making, wine tasting ... Thank you for everything! 😎

We loved the villa! The interior design is very stylish and modern. The villa is in a very quiet and breathtaking location, but there are still plenty of things to do in the area, just a few minutes away by car. Claudia was very accommodating and clarified our inquiries quickly. Maria Luisa was always available, helpful and made recommendations for us throughout our entire stay. She organized a cooking class in the villa, which was tailored to our wishes and we had a great time! We can only recommend the villa.

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

This is right beside the castle in Carovigno's old centre so the location just couldn't be better. Lovely area to stroll around and plenty of nice bars and restaurants. I was always able to find a parking spot less than a minute from the front door and certainly used the car a lot for trips around this beautiful area and down to the beach. Dario was great for local recommendations and was very quick to respond with any questions I had. A really nice spot.

Pleasant accommodation on the ground floor, 12 minutes walk from the center. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and Michele is very friendly and helpful. A few small maintenance and equipment adjustments would make everything perfect, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Ideal apartment for two people, elegantly and rationally renovated, furnished with everything you need and more. Francesca, a discreet presence and always ready to respond to your needs. After a day at the beach, it was nice to come home and relax, before dinner in one of the little places in the historic center of the village, with a refreshing shower and drying your hair with the fabulous fuchsia professional hair dryer! Try it and see!

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

It's a little house that couldn't be more romantic! As for location, it's great for touring the villages. It is very quiet, private and super close to the beach, you have the option of two beaches, both are beautiful and the sea is beautiful. The pink flower vine at the entrance catches you. It has everything you need to spend an amazing few days. When we arrived it smelled delicious, everything looked and felt very clean! Great!

We loved our stay here. The space is beautiful and very well designed with everything you need. The location is great being just a 5 minute walk out of town, on a peaceful street. Annamaria met us at the accommodation to welcome us to Ostuni. Would certainly stay again!

This is a very special place, a beautiful and comfortable house, gorgeous pool, and extensive grounds with lots of places to sit, read and relax during the day. A perfect place for three generations as there’s a separate studio apartment providing peace for grandparents, if needed! We were torn between wanting to explore the towns nearby, but also wanting to spend time enjoying the villa. Ale is a brilliant host. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment offered by Marina was a little paradise. Easy to park in the street, bright rooms, very spacious terrace, quality bedding and linens. The kindness, smile and help provided by Marina before, during and even after the stay were a real joy. It's thanks to Marina that our vacation started so well. Great house for our group of six. Pool is beautiful and bedrooms are spacious. Good location to drive to surrounding towns. We loved the house and the overall experience. Be aware you must drive to get all your groceries and for sight seeing. We loved the overall serenity and Celine and Stephanie were very attentive.
