Apartment as described during booking. Central and very convenient location to reach the city center .atia was always available, even by phone, and showed a lot of sensitivity when she promptly (within a few hours) solved a very small problem. The kitchen and bathroom equipment was more than satisfactory. During our stay, the Giostra della Quintana was in full swing, which obviously involved a little more evening and night noise, well compensated by the possibility of being able to attend the event. In conclusion, it can be said that it was an excellent base point from which to visit the city and also many other villages and towns in Umbria. Recommended. Alberto Seveso

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Agnese’s place is comfortable, spotless, and beautiful. She is one of the kindest, responsive hosts, if not the best. The place is close to all spiritual places in Assisi and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We are looking forward to coming back some day.

Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Monica's place is amazing, extremely functional, super well-equipped, very clean, comfortable bed and bath linens, great location for going to Assisi. Not to mention that the city of Spello is beautiful, it was not in our initial plan, but we decided to take a day to get to know the city in detail, we even went to Resiglia, a charming city. Monica was extremely proactive, always responding quickly and efficiently. Despite the stairs to access the apartment and to go to the rooms, it was not a problem for us. But I suggest taking little luggage, if possible. We will definitely return to Monica's house.

We stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It's located just steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to the historic center, which made exploring the city very convenient. Simone is a fantastic host—very attentive and helpful. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

Super nice facility with a great pool. Wonderful view and very quiet and relaxing, because it is also very remote.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. We had a wonderful stay at Marco, Marco and Michele's apartment. Great location, a sweet little garden with beautiful views of the city, super responsive hosts and extremely easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

Large apartment, clean, tidy, equipped with everything, 100% correspondence to the photos. The terrace is an added value, very well cared for, which allows you to eat alfresco. Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

a breathtaking penthouse! everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The exteriors are the real strength! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment.
