A gem of a place, and a gem of a host. Top notch all around. Will be my go-to in Notting Hill.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

This place is fabulous. We stayed during the 32 degrees heatwave. Sue had thoughtfully been in and put cool bedding on the beds, filled the fridge with bottles of ice cold sparkling water as well as milk, butter and eggs. This place is a high quality air bnb in beautiful countryside but with great access. We will definitely be back!!!

This place was a real find: peaceful (in spite of being close to the A3). It was in a quiet, private road, and we really didn't hear the traffic on that road at all within the converted barn where we stayed - nor much outside. It was spacious, backed on to the lovely, large garden of the main house, comfortable, with a pleasant bathroom and small kitchen, and kept warm with under floor heating, with large, spacious living room and bedroom combined. The surrounding, Surrey countryside including the village of Compton, was beautiful, and getting to the small and pleasant town of Godalming was easy and to other lovely spots in Surrey such as the village of Shere or the National Trust property of Polesdon Lacy. Ali was very attentive to our needs.

We had a lovely stay at the Old Hay Barn. We were welcomed by Jamie and Chrissie who were extremely friendly and accommodating - and surprised us with a selection of breakfast goodies for our stay. Any questions we had were answered straight away which we really appreciated. The surrounding area was fantastic to explore, especially helped by the maps left by the hosts. The barn itself had so much character and a real charm about it (we couldn’t stop admiring it the whole time we were there). Very comfy and cosy, even if we hadn’t have gone out to explore we would have been happy just staying in. It was lovely to be able to bring our dog too who loved the long walks! Thank you so much for our stay, we hope to come back in the future.

It was a perfect spot for a short recharge trip. Beautiful area, quiet loads of places for woodland walks. Very private and welcoming. It was very clean and had all you need for a break. Sitting outside in the evenings in such a lovely surroundings was magical. It was just what we needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Steven! He was a lifesaver when I needed to drop off my luggage early. He met me at the gate with a big smile and friendly chat, making me feel right at home. I loved how he took the time to share clear directions and suggestions on what to check out during my trip. I had an absolute blast wandering around the lively neighbourhood with its cute shops and cosy cafes. I’m already looking forward to coming back for another visit! Thanks again!

Light and spacious facing a quiet garden in a beautiful neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath. Local buses and walk to lovely Highgate village cafes and parks. Comfortable for working as well as relaxing in the garden. Very clean and modern.

This was delightful, perfectly situated near the river and near town too, Paddy was so helpful during our stay. The garden was so pretty and peaceful and we managed to make some lovely food there also, Elizabeth had thought of everything, we will be glad to come back ❤️

This is a great place to stay. very comfortable and relaxing spot.... the pool table is s fantastic addition, and the outdoor bath big enough for two is genius for the hot summers or cool autumn nights.... We would book here again in a heartbeat. This is a perfect fit for a family going to legoland or similar attraction. the hosts care and are lovely folk so a good stay is a guarantee here...

A perfect place for us coming to see family. Brilliant location in a beautiful area, great for walks, Harry Potter studios, tube into London, close to multiple town centres and lovely pubs very near by.

Really enjoyed my stay at Gail's. Check-in was easy/ flexible. Even though the accommodation was on shared property I had total privacy during my stay. The "welcome-basket" provided by Gail was very much appreciated! She had filled the fridge with the necessities for breakfast ie milk, juice, etc. This definitely reduces the inconvenience of having to visit the supermarket on arrival. Would love to return to Gail's if I'm ever in the vicinity and will definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Janet’s place was great. Really comfortable and had everything you could need. It was very well designed and thought out, perfectly clean and really cosy. I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

We had a fabulous time here . Such good value for money , a proper private space - with a TV and lots of nice supplies which were unexpected , such as fresh orange juice, lovely coffee bags and a variety of snacks and fruit ! We were very impressed . We were also able to leave our luggage on check out day so that we could go on a hike . Christina and Viv were super friendly :)

The Bungalow is a spacious and comfortable home from home in a peaceful yet accessible location. It is extremely well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely book here again if we were in this area. Thank you, Julie.

Annemarie's studio was perfect for our 3 night stay; good location for us visiting relatives, and easy train access to London - West Ewell station 15 mins walk. Comfortable accommodation with everthing we needed in a quiet and private setting. Cafe's a short walk away for coffee and breakfast. Communication with Annemarie was great througout.

The place looked great in the photos and was even nicer when we got there. The Pavilion is set in Chris’ amazing garden and is very private and tranquil. On arrival there was fresh bread and pastries, butter, jam and a selection of milks. Everything was perfect and we will absolutely stay again next time that we fly from Gatwick.

Laura was so friendly and we loved staying in her Airbnb. The property was surrounded by beatific greenery, it was the perfect getaway from London’s city bustle. The room was super cosy with luxurious finishes. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again! :)
