This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

We are an organic farm located on 27 acres of mixed field and forest land. Bees have made a home here as well with multiple hives throughout the farm. We are a family home with two small indoor dogs playing in the main space, and three friendly outdoor cats. The rented space is located in the lower level of our home. It includes two bedrooms, a game room, and a kitchenette. A stone and gravel path leads to eleven steps and the private entry door.

Great place to stay. close to whatever shops or stores you need. Close to Hospital. This is a older home that has been remodeled. spacious bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Very small bathroom. Even though remodeled, still a little outdated. Many outlets didn't accommodate 3 prong plugs. Would definately stay again.

The home was big enough for us all to be together as well as have personal space when wanted. The fire pit was a big hit. The location was perfect for our Holiday World outing and Lincoln State Park visit. Overall, the stay was defiantly worth the money paid and provided a fun weekend full of great memories.

My family stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The game room/second living room was a perfect area for the older kids to hang out at. The place is very accommodating with everything you need. The location was perfect to go to holiday world and secluded with no worries about traffic with kids outside. Would definitely recommend staying here!
