This is a PRIVATE second floor apartment with its own entrance .Dubbed the matrimonial office by locals, our home was a popular Southern guest house for decades. Many romances were kindled here, resulting in over 60 marriages. Conveniently situated with access to highways 64, 601, and 158, main street is a stone's throw away for walkable access to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. Easy access to wineries, Rich Park nature trails, Winston Salem, Lexington, Salisbury, and much more.

Charming two bedroom one bath cottage with full kitchen having stove and refrigerator sink with center island dining open to living room. Also includes screened in front porch with ramp for wheel chair access that has a seating area and a small four seat dining area with outdoor lighting and ceiling fans overlooking a garden setting. No smoking inside cottages only outside please. Another 2 /1 cottage right next door is available for larger groups up to 8 total for both cottages.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!

Relax on the screened in porch and watch the Texas Longhorn cows in the backyard, or enjoy a swing in the breezy covered patio. You can see horses, pigs, chickens and cows without ever leaving the shade.
