The place was very beautiful just like the photos! Mrs. Sophia was very kind and helpful. The location is very good at a distance from the shops but also very quiet at the same time with very beautiful view of the sea. We had a great time! Thanks for everything!!

Very big one level apartment with a huge patio, next to the beach. Great for big family or group of friends who want a private location. Nick was very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations to do and try in the area. Thank you Nick!

The apartment was lovely and so comfortable. It was immaculate and the views were wonderful. The property was even more beautiful than the photos Irini was a perfect host and incredibly responsive and kind. Vetta was fabulous too and they both greeted us with Loukoumades and wine! The perfect combination after a long drive. The location is perfect on a quiet lagoon just a short short walk from the port area and a little beach. Irini’s restaurant and beach recommendations were terrific. Our GPS gave us a little trouble but it is easy to find and Irini guided us. Don’t miss the Ouzerie tou Psara if you like fish. It was on Irini’s list and was terrific. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Irini, for making our ten day stay in Porto Heli so special!

The house was just like the description and the photos. The owners sent us the location mark and we found the house very easily. The house was very clean. It has everything a family needs. The kitchen is fully functional and with dishwashers and washing machines. The yard of the apartment is very helpful. And to sit, but also to leave the things of the sea. We loved the outdoor shower. Parking is available for the car, right outside the door of the house. The beach is 50 meters away and very good. In general, for a family who wants to have a quiet holiday, feeling like home and with the sea next to it, the house is ideal. Thank you so much to the owners for hosting!

The villa has a great location with great views of the bay. Excellent maintenance of the yard and interior. And the owners are so responsive and nice people. We had a great vacation in an incredibly beautiful place with some wonderful hosts. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

Lovely, authentic Greek house all to yourself.. It feels like part of the place - has soul. Beautiful view over the harbour. Lots of space. V v helpful about check in - I was delayed and arrived at midnight (3 hrs late!) and Evgenia was waiting with a huge smile and lots of friendly advice. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place!!! Near the beach overseeing the water, pristine views and verandas in all rooms. We had such a great time!!! We will be back!!! Felt like home. Michalis was so responsive and helpful. Excellent !!!

Nice house with all the amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to an amazing beach and nice garden to spent some quality and relaxing time. Will book it again easily. Also the host was available whenever we want her and she was very helpful.

We had a great time, it felt like home, the host was very nice, kind and communicative. Ideally how the air conditioner worked properly and quietly, which is important as we were there for days with a heat wave. The furnishings were stylish and tasteful.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was perfect for cooling down during the hottest hours. Internet speed is good (fine for working with 4p). Hosts were excellent, providing us with some essential supplies on arrival. The house was clean. Outside is lovely, with a good bbq spot with view, and with plenty of spots to sit in the sun or in the shade. Would recommend.

Location, Location, Location. For us it was all about the location. A short walk to the port, near my family and many restaurants close by. 1 room had a double bed, the other room had 2 singles and there was a sleeper sofa in the front room. The kitchen was fully equipped and the clothes washer was a great help as we travel light.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Great stay! The view is beautiful, everything is updated, and it's in a central spot for visiting many towns and historical sites. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided a lovely welcome gift. Recommend!

Stéphanie was great. She contacted me before hand and gave me the gps location and instructions, then waited for me when I was running late and met me to take me to the suite. She was very clear with instructions and helpful with recommendations and was always responsive when I had any questions. It was a very comfortable spot and really enjoyable relaxing stay.

The house in location is wonderful - very well kept = super pool and a great view. Highly recommended ...will be back
