Holiday houses in Spiaggia di Cala Sinzias

Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had an amazing time at Francesco's place. The views in the pictures completely lived up to the photos. The location requires steep hikes to get to, but being in this square in this building was absolutely sublime. There is a musician who plays either the accordion or keyboard most days, there are tourists who frequent the Co-Cathedral and church bells. We found all of this o be charming and all things we absolutely loved here. On nice days, having the windows open to allow the outdoors come in was sublime. Cafè Plazuela at the foot of our building is great for coffee and a pastry, and the workers are very friendly. Francesco was responsive to all our needs. We cooked and had all the supplies we needed (oil, vinegar, spices, colander, sharp knives, cheese grater). Additionally, we were there for a month and Francesco gave us a fresh supply of towels and bedding. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's an old building and that's what we loved.

Casa appena ristrutturata e in posizione strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo la meravigliosa spiaggia di cala sinzias. Sia marco che Valentina che ci ha accolto sono sempre stati disponibili e attenti a che tutto fosse sempre perfetto, così come la signora Nuccia, la padrona di casa che abita nella casa di fianco. Appartamento consigliato per due famiglie. Il patio e l'angolo del barbecue completano in modo perfetto tutto il soggiorno.

Das Haus von Luisa ist wirklich ein Happy Place! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Luisa und ihre Mama waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt, das findet man selten. Die Betten und Kissen sind angenehm und komfortabel. Die Bettwäsche duftet frisch. Herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig und friedlich gelegen, wir konnten wunderbar bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Alle Fenster haben Moskitonetze und Jalousien. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage, wir haben sie Ende September aber nicht mehr gebraucht. Alles wirkt hochwertig und in einer sehr guten Qualität. Große Terrasse, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme...Alles da. Die Straße zum Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand, man muss langsam und achtsam fahren. Der schöne Strand Cala Sinzias ist ganz leicht in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war eine tolle Zeit an einem besonderen Ort.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Antonello and Lucia are the most gracious and welcoming hosts! This home is impeccable across the board, everything you need to make a wonderful meal, cozy furnishings inside and out, and a spectacular view! I will never forget floating in the pool with the view of the horizon and the ocean meeting, we will certainly visit again, thank you for everything!

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in Joe’s Villa! Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, und die Lage ist ideal mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell viele schöne Orte auf der Insel. Der Garten ist mit Kunstrasen ausgestattet, was in dieser Gegend sehr sinnvoll ist – er sieht gepflegt aus und ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Joe war ein großartiger Gastgeber – freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir können Joe und die Villa Aurora absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Luisa and Gioia villa was excellent value for money. we had an amazing week with the kids, the enclosed garden and lovely shaded patio terrace is perfect for lunch outside. The house is in a quiet location and 5 min walk from the really beautiful cala Sinzias beach, an absolute gem. Also really short drive from Cala Pira our favourite little hidden gem. The house has everything we needed to enjoy our holiday, super easy to find, check in was spot on with the key box. the kitchen has all we needed to cook and we really enjoyed the Moka coffee maker (thank you for providing coffee) what a really nice touch! overall super recommended, we will definitely return if we want to visit Sardinia again. thank you again Luisa and Gioia!
