Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

My apartment "Glück Ahoi" is located in a quiet yet central location on the island of Borkum and offers the perfect starting point for island tours, beach excursions and bike tours. Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The lovingly furnished apartment offers a bedroom with box spring bed and a cozy living room with open kitchen and access to the south balcony. A private beach chair on the north beach from April 1 - September 30 is included!

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
