Welcome to our enchanting house within walking distance to the 35 ski slopes in the area. You will have full and private access to the entire ground floor of the house with additional shared access to the washing machine and dryer should you require it. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and an open concept living space connected to an outdoor patio and garden. Children will appreciate the treehouse in the garden while adults will love the private sauna.

Historic estate in Edling

You rent our guest room in the historic estate - the 800-year-old Edlingerhof invites you to linger. A large leisure offer in Oberkärnten is at the front door (skiing at the local mountain Goldeck, hiking in the Nockbergen, swimming in Lake Millstättersee, cycling on the Drauradweg). Shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. A small breakfast is included. Since I myself live in the western part, I will be happy to be available for any questions and tips.

Small vacation home

The holiday home Kleines Ferienhaus, which is situated in Verditz, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

Sonnberg

The apartment "Sonnberg" at Molltaler Appartements is situated in Stall, at the foot of the Hohe Tauern National Park, and is a great destination for an active holiday with a mountain view. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. This apartment offers a private balcony.

Das Classic Doppelzimmer im Hotel Lindenhof, einer Villa aus dem Jahr 1928. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber der Skipiste, vom Balkon kann man die Stubnerkogelbahn und das Skigebiet sehen. Die Felsentherme ist 300 m entfernt, der Bahnhof 350 m. City tax € 3,00 per adult per day is obligatory. Please pay at your arrival or departure!
