With a view to offering ‘more quality’ and ‘more comfort’ while still maintaining a cosy and homely atmosphere, we renovated and redesigned our three holiday apartments at the beginning of 2022 – and added a fourth apartment in timber construction. From summer 2022, our four apartments will be available to rent all year round. So, in addition to summer, they will also be available in autumn, winter and spring. Every season here at Lake Millstatt has its own special charm and offers space and scope for a wide range of activities such as cycling, running, swimming and bathing, golfing, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Holidays between lake and mountains – let your soul unwind and recharge your batteries while enjoying a conscious experience of nature. On holiday, you have time for each other – experience small or big adventures together on and around the lake, in the woods and meadows or in the mountains and alpine pastures here in Seeboden am Millstätter See in Carinthia. Our holiday apartments are spacious, bright and tastefully furnished. Two apartments measuring over 50 m² and two apartments measuring just under 60 m² with either a balcony or terrace offer space for two to five or even six people. From our apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the sparkling Millstätter See. Our house is surrounded by spacious and well-kept gardens and courtyards, which are available to all holidaymakers and offer plenty of space for children to play. Your dogs are also welcome holiday companions here. As we have a dog ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to take a pet on holiday. Penthouse Towersuite in the heart of Bad Gastein

The Hotel is in the Centre of Bad Gastein and in walking distance to the skilift. Several Bars, Pubs and Restaurants are also close. The apartment has one bedroom and one living room, 25-30 qm with a fully equipped kitchen. It is also possible to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The Hotel has a bar, fitness centre and wellness area (pool, whirlpool, steaming room, quiet area) to relax after long skiing day. Tax of 4,50 € has to be paid per person & per day direct to the Hotel.

The apartment Smaragd is located in the vacation home "Kathi's Juwel" in the heart of Seeboden. The apartment is on the second floor of the house and is characterized by its size. The highlight of this apartment is the huge living/dining area with kitchen. Here, the interior was perfectly tailored to the structural conditions. Plenty of parking is available for guests in the courtyard on the premises. The apartment is very centrally located. The lake is within walking distance.

Kathi´s Juwel - Apartment Citrin

The Citrin apartment is located in the "Kathi's Juwel" vacation home in the heart of Seeboden. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and impresses with its light-flooded rooms. The highlight is the bathroom with its extravagant design, where every inch has been perfectly exploited. Plenty of parking is available for guests in the courtyard on the premises. The apartment is very centrally located. The lake, the main square and shopping are within walking distance.

Our apartment Granat in St. Oswald, is nestled in the Nock Mountains, not far from the well-known ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet location just a few minutes walk from the Brunnachbahn valley station. So ideal for those who want to start almost directly on the slopes. The apartment is 53 m² (including balcony) and is located on the second floor of a house that reflects the beautiful rural style of the area.

The hotel is located in the centre of Bad Gastein, within walking distance of the cable cars. The spa area includes an indoor pool, large whirlpool, sauna, steam room and children's pool with water slide. Breakfast and evening buffets can be booked in the Aurea restaurant. The tastefully decorated rooms feature cable TV, a safe and a bathroom with hairdryer. A playground and games room is available for children.
