Boat place at private dock for smaller boat At 25 sqm you will find 4 beds (sleeping loft and sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (though no oven) as well as modern bathroom with underfloor heating. There is ac and wifi in the house. A well-stocked balcony with outdoor furniture in the summer. 150-200 m away you will find the above mentioned bathing areas. In Saxemara there is also a country shop with a good selection. 7km away is Ronneby.

Patio on the front with outdoor furniture and barbecue in a southeastern location that provides both sun and shade. Lawn for play. Newly built and brightly decorated cabin of 30m2 completed in the spring of 2021. Seaside location with partial lake view on Sjuhalla, 1,5 km outside Nättraby in the beautiful archipelago of Karlskrona. Open-plan with kitchen and living room. Fold-out kitchen table to save space if needed. The living room has a TV and sofa bed for two beds. Spacious bathroom with a shower. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft with double bed. Furnished patio with partial sea view and barbecue.

House inside beech forest next to the baltic sea.

Modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Huset ligger i sydvästläge med viss havsutsikt. Stor altan på 90m2 med grill, vedeldad pizza ugn och bord för 6 personer. Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden (upp till ~4 personer). Huset ligger i en bokskog med stora träd inpå knuten. Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

Litet charmigt fritidshus från 50-talet med havstomt, egen brygga och utsikt över Ronneby skärgård. Vedeldad badtunna samt kajak, SUP och båt (utan motor) ingår. Stugan ligger längst ut på en halvö och nås med bil. I närheten finns skeppsvarv, café och butik. Perfekta vistelsen för vattenaktiviteter, fiske, utforska naturen eller bara att koppla av. Trädgård med gräsmatta för spel och lek. Studsmatta finns. TV samt Wifi finns. Full tillgång till hela huset och tomt förutom förrådsbodar.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende intill vattnet. Stugan har en öppen planlösning. Det finns en 160cm dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa, matplats. Kök med spis ugn kyl/frys. Toalett med dusch. Tillgång till badbrygga och liten strand. På gångavstånd finns Ekenäs badplats eller varför inte ta turbåten ut till Karöns badplats där det också finns en sommar restaurang. Det finns också en restaurang på gångavstånd från stugan. Vill man uppleva skärgården kan man ta en tur med skärgårdsbåten.

We spent a week in Mariannes cozy and spacious cabin. Marianne welcomed us and showed us around the cabin and the outdoor area and gave us good advice on what to do around the area. We felt right at home, which was very lucky as the weather was not always good so we spent quite some time indoors. We especially liked the very well equipped kitchen. The area around the house is stunning and very peaceful. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby island Torkö which is just a stroll down the road. We would love to return one day! Thank you very much for hosting us Marianne!

We stayed 2 weeks as a family with 2 kids (with fantastic weather). Fantastic garden and view, very green and quiet and nice sea view. Loved the public tack into the sea just opposite the house where we took a swim every day. With a couple of other nice swimming spots in walking distance. Also the house itself was super nice and well equipped.
