Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, 10 m from the waterfront. 70 m2 plus a large room on the jetty level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The basement has a double door, a view of the fjord, and its own toilet/laundry room and refrigerator/freezer.

The apartment has a private entrance, is bright, and was newly renovated a few years ago. You have your own lawn for your free use. Here you live centrally in Spjelkavika, just a few minutes from Moa shopping center, cinema, swimming pool and great hiking opportunities. Ålesund city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Although the public transport is good, we recommend a car.

Lingås farm is located with a perfect starting point close to several popular tourist destinations and hiking destinations, between Trollstigen and Geirangerfjorden. Magnificent views and nature experiences in the whole area. Mountain peaks, cozy mountain pastures, fjords and swimming areas are only a walking distance away. If you like to go on top tours on skis, we have ski in, ski out in the winter. We have the great Berdalsnibba right behind us.

For families with children, it is worth mentioning that both primary school, stadium and kindergarten are nearby.
