Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Man har egen plen til fri disposisjon. Her bor du sentralt i Spjelkavika, bare få minutter fra Moa kjøpesenter, kino, svømmehall og flotte turmuligheter. Ålesund sentrum ca. 10 min unna med bil. Selv om kollektivtilbudet er godt, anbefaler vi bil.
