The space
Welcome to our minimalist designer studio next to the center of Barcelona. You find everything in walking distance.
The space has a fold out double bed (Murphy bed) of 135 x 190 cm and a large sofa .
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave as well as a fridge with freezer, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
On the side of your balcony you find a washer/dryer. The balcony is orientated towards an indoor patio which saves you from the street noise. There are no views.
Your studio is on the first floor with no elevator. This typical building called finca regia has 4 apartments on each floor.
You have towels and sheets, free internet, TV, hairdryer and iron.
Your studio is next to calle Blai which is a trendy pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants and coffee shops. Supermarkets and stores are in the same street.
