Guest access
as common areas you have main stairs that connect the two apartments, they are a little narrow stairs and with a little more slope than normal, if you think you may have trouble falling when going up or down some stairs a little more inclined than normal. This is not your apartment.

upon arrival of the apartment you have to pay the tourist tax payment of the generality of Cataluña, 1€ per person per night for the first 7 nights,for over 16 years old.
