Monthly Rentals in Splott

Second time there! And again, we've had the best time in Cardiff. Arthur and Lord were the best cats/ hosts possible. I just love welsh cakes and the bathtub after a long day around the castle or the bay, thank you for having us!

This flat was an amazing base for my partner's parents to visit us. We live I'm Cardiff and can really speak to the amazing location, with Wellfield Road infront of the flat, there are loads of restaurants, bars and incredible lake-side walks a stones throw away. The pictures in the listing don't really do justice to the flat, it was light and larger in physical appearance. The hosts were super helpful making extra provisions for us on request. Would absolutely recommend this location!

It was a very nice little apartment to stay at. It had everything we needed. The only problem was that the rooms were very bright in the morning, and we found the beds a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it was very good :)

I had a wonderful stay at Arez's place! The location is ideal—centrally located and very close to Cardiff Bay and the city centre, making it easy to visit many of the top tourist attractions. The house itself is spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire space has a calm and peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing stay. Arez is an exceptional host—kind, supportive, and always willing to help. She made sure that I was comfortable and even provided great local tips, from nearby markets to must-see spots around Cardiff. Her guidance made my experience so much smoother. Sam was also very helpful and supportive during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Cardiff. It’s a great home away from home with fantastic hosts !!
