Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in a natural setting only moments from downtown Spokane and the airport you can't beat this location. I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
