Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spokane County

The Parkside Nest above-garage apartment is new and clean and fresh, with a great shower, comfortable bed, and adequate kitchen space/supplies for cooking. Although outdoor temps were up to 90 during our stay, the mini-split worked like a champ keeping the upstairs space cool. Kelly provided all the info we needed to easily get in and get situated. She was super responsive to questions and requests. The location across from Manito park is fantastic. We walked our dog there at least twice a day - so, so nice. There are several restaurants a few blocks away, as well as a 7-11; a grocery store is a quick drive, and all of the city is a longer walk or easy drive. FYI - pre-2025 reviews seem to be for the main house, rather than the apartment above the garage, so don’t rely on those for what to expect regarding the home/amenities. The apartment is as pictured, yet feels more spacious than it appears in photos. We were very comfortable there.

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Cute little loft apartment. Several units in the space, but it was not noisy at all. Very clean. We will be staying again at the end of the month.

David’s place (the Regal Beagle) is awesome! We checked in at 9am and David was right there to welcome us and hand us the keys! There are some steep stairs to this apartment, but once we got up there, we were so impressed. The apartment is way bigger than we anticipated! The floor plan is very open, everything was very tidy and clean, and it had air conditioning which was blissful for staying in Spokane in June! My wife was also very appreciative of the “smoking balcony” provided out in the back of the apartment. We also got to meet David’s beautiful rescue dog, Ripley. What a sweet girl! An added bonus for us was that David is a musician, and as my wife and I are also musicians, we got to talk music during our interactions. As far as the rest of our stay went, the shower worked great, the toilet flushed, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be staying at David’s place in the future, if it is available. Thank you, David!

Exceedingly tall ceilings (10 foot or more?!!) very classy finish in all rooms. 1st class bed. Outstanding location-twisting streets all around this place. unique eating places -parks. The hosts are so good at communicating. Easy entry no steps. front of property is for guests only! can park 2 cars side by side. Hosts only use back of property for coming and going

‘The lab’ was awesome and Judy added all the right attention to detail to make you feel not only comfortable but welcome as well. Very clean.

Riverfront was so close to the Convention Center and Arts Center. Perfect if you are attending a convention, it literally is just across the street. It was so clean!! also convenient and quiet. I loved it and am happy I didn't pay exorbitant amounts at nearby hotels. The lobby and elevator protected with a keypad make it really safe feeling, and full kitchen, washer and dryer were awesome. It is a great play to stay and I would book this every time.

Such a great location—easy to come and go, and the house fits so naturally into its surroundings. It felt instantly comfortable, reminding us of a home we once lived in back in Spokane. Just what we were hoping for—perfect! The original wood floors, vintage window frames, and period-appropriate furniture all beautifully reflect the style and era of the home. Our host responded promptly when I asked about adjusting the water temperature, and even followed up later to make sure everything was just right. This is a charming older home—clean, well-kept, and full of character. We’d happily stay here again. Thank you!

We booked hours before unexpectedly needing a place to stay. Booking was easy, the place was bright and clean, the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Recommendations for a local restaurant was spot on.

Hilary’s place was great…. So spotless and darling! The yard worked fabulous for my dog he got the zoomies when we entered the yard and settled in. We would stay again!

Our stay was short but very convenient and comfortable.

We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb’s in Spokane and this is now our new favorite! Denise is a great host and her bungalow is charming and perfectly located to explore everything the South Hill neighborhood has to offer. It’s very cozy with lovely furnishings and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are super comfy and we loved the downstairs room with big screen tv, puzzles and games. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!

What a gem find this stay was i stay here again for sure. If they had 10 stars i give it thst. Tirza was very helpful and anything we needed she would have gotten but we actually had everything we needed for our stay. This place is only good for 1 or two people. The place was so clean. The body wash in shower is devine. The blanket quilt on bed was great.. Quiet peaceful neighborhood close to college. This was an exceptional place to stay

David's cottage was cozy and eclectic. There was a bike path right outside that you could bike or walk to lots of restaurants. David was a splendid host and checked in on us several times to make sure we did not need anything. He left us snacks, drinks, and best of all, wine! This cottage was in a very convenient location, close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will be back.

Alyssa was a wonderful host and provided an excellent place to stay. The home was well equipped for all my needs and for the few things I inquired about she was very responsive in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that this place is well located just outside downtown and walkable to several parks, coffee shops, two grocery stores, and several restaurants. If you are planning to stay in Spokane I highly recommend this location.

Was a great place to stay

I stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Condo was squeekey clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. I worked and also had some family time. Condo was perfect for both. Sunrise, moonrise, and stargazing from balcony were all amazing! Patricia was an outstanding host, very responsive and thoughtful. She knew my young granddaughter would be spending some time with me, so she had some bubbles waiting for us and made sure we had current pool access. She also had fresh bouquet of local flowers and yummy muffins waiting for us. Overall wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Spokane. We loved our morning walks through the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed walking for coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evenings. The location was great with easy access to the highway and airport.

We stayed at this delightful, cozy condo just half a mile from Mount Spokane (we hiked it!) for our son’s wedding, and it was the perfect home away from home. The location was peaceful and scenic, and the full kitchen was a big plus. The view from the condo was outstanding and brought a sense of serenity to our stay. Kristin was a wonderful host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming—which made our 8-day visit even more enjoyable. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax between events. We’re grateful to have found such a special place for such an important occasion and plan to return in the future. Although about a 40-minute drive from Spokane, the scenic route made the trip enjoyable. Ideal for skiing trips, peaceful getaways, or—like in our case—a perfect home base for special events. We were in town for a basketball tournament. This was the perfect place and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to come home here after some really long days. It was clean, cozy and private with the cutest backyard to sit and relax. Gabriella's place had all the amenities, plus we each had our own rooms, and space to unwind. The garage parking and easy access to the freeway only added to our wonderful experience. Great place and great host! Look forward to staying here again when in town. Loved it!

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!
