Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

We had a lovely weekend stay in Spokane! The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had great AC, perfect for the warm weather. The beautiful cottage house looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, and the scones she left for tea were such a sweet touch! The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently close to restaurants. We especially loved discovering the Old European House for breakfast and enjoying a breathtaking light hike at Riverside’s Bowl and Pitcher. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at this specific location. I must say it does not disappoint. This home is spotless every time. The hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly. They were able to accommodate my early check in. The location is beautiful and is completely peaceful. We even saw a turkey during our morning check out. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. You won't even hear the hosts or know you're in a basement. We don't use the kitchen, so while that is on the slimmer side, everything else is exactly what I need.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Everything was neat and clean. Kitty is very friendly and responds quickly about the inquiries. There is self check-in which I really liked cuz my flight got delayed and I reached late a night and got in my room without any hassle.
