Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. You will be 3 miles from the heart of downtown & within walking distance to antique shops, bars, restaurants & other local businesses. Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
