We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.
