This fully renovated 80-sqm apartment is located in the historic center, 2 minutes from Santa Chiara. From September 2026, it will only be possible to enter by car during the hours when the limited-traffic zone is open. La Dimora di Gilda is a modern annex consisting of a small living room with a fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom (also double) and a private bathroom. The Dimora is located in the garden of an ancient stone farmhouse (1700s), surrounded by the Umbrian countryside with olive trees and fruit plants just 2.5 km from the center of Spoleto (5 minutes by car). If you don't have your own vehicle, a shuttle service is available.

The Residence is located in the center of the city, in a 17th-century building that includes a medieval tower. The large apartment with double entrance consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and study; the sleeping area includes three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, also available individually. Due to its location and configuration, the Residence is also particularly suitable for business trips.
