Holiday rentals with breakfast in Spoleto

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Delightful host and perfect home for a retreat away from the city. Tidy, clean and characteristic. They even brought us croissants for breakfast!

Anna was very responsive in responding to our needs. Truly very kind and flexible on check-in time. The house is in line and consistent with the photos and description.

We had a wonderful night and everyone in our group loved this beautiful place!! The house, the environment, the host, and the view are all fabulous! Really appreciated the breakfast prepared for us - those are some of the best croissants that we had in Italy :) My daughter forgot her terry bear after we checked out, so I contacted Antonio, who came over at a timely fashion and opened the door for us, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you would like to spend a few days in the area, as that's what we plan to do next time - one night is not enough!

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the "Civita de Bagnoregio". There is a parking lot for €5 and the walk to the central square takes about 20 minutes. The apartment is super classy and well equipped. When you step out the door, you are right in the middle of the action, but it is quiet at night, as the visitors then leave the village. We recommend an early evening walk at sunset, as everything is full of tourists in the morning. It was an indescribably beautiful experience and is definitely worth it - even for just one night.

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

Daniela was very kind and very helpful as well as being a serious and professional host. The apartment is clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of the area, which are really many. A special mention should be made of the outdoor area, which is very well equipped and ideal for an afternoon nap after returning from the visits. We would like to thank Daniela again for her exquisite hospitality in the hope of being able to return soon to visit these beautiful places.

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Very responsive host. The location is in the historical centre, you cannot park there but the elevators from the parking is not far away. Very nice breakfast.

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. It was a very special experience.I chose this amazing cottage among the 6 options, and the one brake that arrived was convinced by the scenery in front of me and it was nicer than on the photos.The host was friendly and had a great chat, the room was also the style I liked, and it was especially clean.Though it was only a short day, I wish I had booked a few more days at that time, and by the end it was very reluctant to check out.Will definitely come back to this nice house next time I'm in Assisi.Looking forward to seeing you next time!

It faces the main street, and it is easy to go to Funicolare and the cathedral.And the host was friendly and perfect in everything.There are stairs, but they carried it for me.The bathroom is also spacious and independent, and can be used only by you.I want to stay here again next time.

We stayed in this beautiful B&B for two nights. The place is magnificent with a spectacular view of Perugia and the surrounding hills. Lamberto and Francesca are very kind and very nice, they delighted us with a rich and well-prepared breakfast, with a crazy view. The house is magnificent and our room was very clean and very nice. It was a wonderful stay and if we return to the area we will stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to Lamberto and Francesca for hosting us in their home, we can't wait to come back!
