Holiday rentals with beach access in Sporades

heavenly, there are no other words for it, we therefore enjoyed a nice but too short holiday, top quiet location with a breathtaking view. Close to the beach, clean and well maintained. Yiannis is therefore an attentive friendly host who responds proactively👍👍. We will definitely come back here

Great location & communication. Nothing fancy, but was exactly what we needed for the three of us traveling. Super easy to walk to the water, shops & restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Perfect spot for a Skiathos stay! it is beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and close to everything while still feeling private. They even picked us up from the airport.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful balcony that had breath taking views! The location was amazing, next to Skiathos towns vibrant Papadiamanti Street, with it's many fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. You need to ascend many steps so good mobility is essential but the view is worth the climb.

Sophie was just exceptional, her recommendations were perfect and made our stay amazing! We let ourselves go and literally fell in love with this paradise! We'll keep the address carefully for a future return to this fantastic island. Thanks Sophie ❤️

It is a less common situation,in which the reality is quite superior to the photos. The location is right on the seashore and offers a dreamy view. The house is tastefully arranged,clean and equipped with absolutely everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The access road is beautiful through the olive grove and the neat and beautifully arranged yard. Our host was very cute,friendly and took care of all the details. If you want a great view,sea,quiet,relaxation and olive trees,here is the perfect place. Thank you so much for your dream moments here.

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

The best airbnb we’ve ever visited! And we’ve been to quite a few. That the house is a bit hard to find also means that you’re surrounded by nature with the most beautiful sea view. We traveled to Milopotamos with our 16 month old. We were prepared for having to deal with lesser amenities than we have at home but Nefeli and Giannis have made sure this place has everything you need, and more than that. Different coffee makers, a laundry machine, an oven, a microwave, a mixer, a baby cod, towels for showering and towels for the beach, a beach umbrella - you name it. Absolutely amazing. All prepared with a great deal of care and detail, it felt like coming home. We’ve also had the pleasure to spend some time with these amazing hosts, and that made our visit complete. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it.

super super super great view you almost don't know whether to go out to eat the location is so great

I had a lovely week staying at Agapi’s beautiful home. The patio was private and peaceful and had great views as well. The streets can get confusing but luckily the house is very close to a local restaurant which has sign posts around the town to help you find that, so that made it incredibly easy to find after being out and about. It was the perfect location - only a 5 minute walk to local shops, cafes and the seafront whilst still being peaceful. Agapi was very welcoming and helpful, and she let me know in advance when she would be round to water plants and change bed linens and towels. I would definitely recommend staying at Agapi’s Airbnb in Skopelos!

The place is lovely, right in the heart of Limni. Exactly as described with super host's. We loved being able to walk out to the bar's and restaurants. Elena is also full of knowledge and very good at suggesting places to visit in North Evia. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️

Panagiota's mother met us to show us into the house, but Panagiota was always available at the end of the phone. The house was perfect, having everything we could need, and the terrace was the perfect place to relax under the parasol. Ideally located with an easy walk into the centre of the village for restaurants, bakery etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

Nice apartment. It is exactly what you expect from the photos (well, the room is always a little smaller than the photos, it is something common). It was clean and had everything I needed. The host was very helpful and polite and answered directly to every question I had. The only disadvantage is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so it is not so easy to carry your luggage upstairs.

This is a review that was so easy to write...... what a lovely apartment! Immaculately clean, everything you need included, and a beautiful space.....and the huge balcony/terrace area was awesome. The location was perfect for the main street and yet was super quiet, the nearest beach was a 5 min walk, and the bus stop was the same. Anna, the host, was available throughout, and always answered and questions really quickly. Whenever we return to Skiathos this will be our go to place to stay, without doubt! The place was spotless, renovated and equipped with every amenity we could ask for. The view of the sea from the balcony is mesmerizing, so we spent several hours there - a real treat. The host (Dimitris) was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available to answer any of our questions immediately. His instructions were very clear and we found the apartment very easily. Every detail, from the beautiful welcome treat on the table to the small touches of hospitality, showed how much passion the host has put into this place. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and warm accommodation experience!

Macho and her family were friendly and helpful. Lovely apartment with amazing views. My room was cleaned and linen changed every four days. Balcony overlooking the town. It’s just a long way up and down! But if you are fit or hire a car… it’s perfect t!

It was a last minute decision to book this apartment and we are so glad we did! It was just perfect. Clean, spacious and well equipped with an amazing view over the sea from the huge roof terrace. Location is great. Just short walk to the supermarket/bakery and the old port and town too. A special mention to Dimitris who was so lovely. He met us on arrival and gave us some fantastic advice on where to go and what to do. He really helped us to make the most of our stay- thank you. Would definitely return here .
