Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sporades

Our stay at Anna Maria Vanessa apartments was so great. Fantastic view of the harbour and Dimitris was a kind and helpful host! We would really recommend this place.

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

What an incredible stay. Dmitri and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time in the villa. My family and I felt right at home. I could not recommend highly enough and we will be back again, without a doubt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Katarzyna. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et moderne. Chaque chambre est indépendante (toilette, salle de bain et climatiseur propres). Il est très bien équipé (lave linge, vaisselle en grande quantité, grille pain, micro ondes et serviettes de plage). La prestation est digne d’un hôtel de grande qualité. Katarzyna est tres disponible pour donner des conseils. Des boissons (bière jus de fruit café thé) et des gâteaux étaient à disposition en arrivant. L’appartement est très central. (A 2 min de l embarcadère et de supermarchés / boulangerie mais il est très calme. La grande terrasse est très agréable pour prendre les repas. Bref excellent séjour, le meilleur en Grèce pour nous!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e siamo stati molto bene, l’appartamento corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione. Consiglierei sicuramente questo appartamento ad una coppia che vuole trascorrere una vacanza a Skiathos

Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα δύο μεγάλων υπνοδωματίων με δικά τους μπάνια, μια ωραία σοφίτα με δύο χαμηλά αλλά Πολύ ανετα κρεβάτια και ένα υπέροχο σαλόνι με κουζίνα. Εξω υπάρχει και μια μικρή αυλή. - Ισόγειο - Πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό δρόμο της Παπαδιαμάντη - Δίπλα ακριβώς υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου!

Der lange Sand-Kiesel-Strand von Agia Anna liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür, man hört das Meeresrauschen wenn man im Bett liegt. Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere das Baby-Equipment war außergewöhnlich: Die Treppe und die Steckdosen waren für unser 10 Monate altes Baby gesichert. Es gab einen guten Hochstuhl, ein Babybett, sämtliches Baby-Geschirr, eine Wickelauflage, Strandspielzeug und noch viele andere nützliche Dinge. Ende Oktober war der Ort ruhig, es gab aber noch wenige Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants, die geöffnet waren. In einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto ist man in Limni, wo auch am Ende der Saison noch viel los ist und das Meer bei Wind ruhiger ist.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful - I felt like I was living in the Mamma Mia house! Everything we needed was there, and to our surprise, our host Dominique even left a little surprise for us in the fridge. Maria gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything in detail. We will definitely come back! I can only recommend this place.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

We had a lovely 10 day stay in Silje’s beautiful traditional Greek house, located in the heart of the old town and port. We loved looking after Leo the cat who is part of the package, he’s super affectionate and loves a stoke! The garden terrace is definitely a highlight to enjoy early evenings. The house is Silie’s home so has everything you will need. To note, the house is over 3 floors so may not be ideal for those less mobile and there’s quite a bit of watering to do but, that’s no surprise as all made clear when booking - Silje loves a plant! All that said, we had a fantastic time and we would highly recommend. Lastly, Nana also deserves a shout out who is Silje’s friend who helps with the house, she provided a very friendly welcome and is available to answer any questions you may have :)
