Welcome to "The Home" - a house with a long cultural history Enjoy a weekend surrounded by beautiful nature in quiet surroundings close to Aarhus. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and river valley. There is a room with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the woods and the possibility of walking in the woods. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus service to the center of Aarhus. No access for pets.

The house is located in a cozy village , is from 1850 with thatched roof, 84 sqm, on two floors and with lovely enclosed garden. Decorated so the style fits the house, with small cute furniture and lots of trinkets, mostly from recycling. not quite like in the old city,😉but almost. An experience for you/you who appreciate peace and quiet in a different home, with the sweetest and most beautiful garden.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our 1870s property, and was originally an old stable that we have lovingly refurbished over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. Here is high to heaven, and if you want, our dog, Aggie, will be very happy to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and roosters are also very curious. We're excited to accommodate you 🤗

Der er køkken med kombiovn,køleskab,kogeplader, elkedel.

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Enjoy some relaxing days in peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting you.

Cozy and new renovated apartment, surrounded by unique Gudenå nature. Close to Silkeborg, lots of MTB tracks, hiking trails, Trækstien, 2 golf courses, Jyllands Ringen, Gjern Bakker and much more. Ideal for Mountainbike weekend. Access to bicycle wash, storage and heated workshop. Direct bike path to Silkeborg city center. It is possible to rent a canoe and depart directly from the property. Access to secluded terrace and garden.

Lovely apartment in rural surroundings, located in the sea highlands, right between Aarhus and Silkeborg. From the apartment there are great views to the south and west. There is the possibility of using our fireplace, wood is included. It has its own terrace with morning sun. We have a huge herb garden , so during the season it's possible to have fresh vegetables. The farm has horses, cows, chickens, and turkeys.
