The large plot makes the place unique for outdoor activities for adults and children, and the fenced garden is perfect if you have a dog with you. Relax in this unique and quiet home with panoramic views of the Limfjord and the harbor. Private path to the water and with Morse's best beach. The rent is inclusive of consumption. At the harbor, there is a summer restaurant, Cafe Sillerslev Havn. There are two rooms. Large bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, everything you need in a kitchen, in connection with the living room. Terrace just outside. From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace with lighting, garden furniture and a large lawn.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

The property is part of a 3-wing farm with its own entrance and enclosed garden with adjoining terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings overlooking fields but close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is located right next to the highway but has soundproof windows. But noise from traffic must be expected - especially on weekdays, when trucks and tractors are running and at harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city center. Finally, ask for suggestions for hikes, activities or places to eat

The house also has large common areas, with private access to the fjord. By the fjord, there is a swimming bridge with platforms, a safe playground, a pirate ship (!) and a campfire area.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Nicely located family summer house of 105 m2, with a nice view of Venø Bay. The house is located in a quiet area and only 5 min. to the beach. There are 10 beds, the house is best for families of e.g. 4 adults and 4 children. If there are 10 Pers. it costs DKK 100 per Pers. per night extra. During the school summer holidays, the house is only rented out for min. 1 week, sat - sat. The house is not rented out to youth groups. Please note the surcharge for consumption of electricity and water.

Bright, simple and cozy tiny house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Don't hesitate if you have any questions! On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
