Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away).
