Our studios are very comfortable for 2 people. However, there is space for up to 2 additional people on a sofa bed. We offer studios on the 1st to the 4th floor (no lift).

This modern apartment is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 categories of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres.
