The annex was lovely, very well kept and facilites such as fast WiFi, tv with Netflix and coffee machine with Nespresso pods all available. Lovely outside seating area which caught the sun and connected nicely to the bedroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was large and very modern. Overall a lovely stay with all necessary amenities. Thanks!

Louise and the accommodation were fantastic and none of our queries were too much trouble; she even let us pop our bags in early so we could get to our event on time. If I’m ever heading up Plymouth again I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse. Thank you so much. Strongly recommend!

Fantastic accommodation! Julie is a wonderful host who has put a lot of thought and effort to make her guests feel at home. Lovely quiet space, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Plentiful items provided for breakfast. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended, thank you Julie😊
