Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Spring Hill

My family absolutely loved and enjoyed everything about this home. There’s so much to do at the house for all ages. We couldn’t get enough of the pool/hot tub and outside patio area was all so nice. The house was so clean and immaculate. The game room was a big hit as well. Plenty of space for the whole family. My girls were kinda upset about leaving because they loved the house so much. Also very modern/cool art to look at through the home. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We had a wonderful time and the Scallop Hut was the perfect location.

Chris is an excellent communicator and maintains a clean, beautiful home! It was spacious for my family's needs but also cozy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Had a wonderful celebration of my 70th birthday and Father's Day with our children and family. Melissa actually left balloons, a banner and birthday cake for me! The home, games, kayaks and paddle boards made our time there so much fun. The hot tub was a big hit after kayaking for miles and seeing the manatee swimming by was a beautiful, calming addition to our days. Using the grill to prepare meals added to our fun family time. This home and Melissa's attention to detail will meet and exceed your expectations. The kids all talked about coming back for another family gathering. Thank you Melissa from me and my family!!!!

Great stay! Mark’s place was beautiful—exactly as pictured. The pool was stunning and right next to the river, which made for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Would definitely stay here again!

The cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in our whole family was impressed. Peaceful and fully equipped plenty. We look forward to staying here again. Even my sisters dog didn’t want to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay! The canal was so peaceful. We saw dolphins, manatees, fish and turtles! Sonia was an amazing host. She was kind, helpful and so informative. We plan to return in the future to this property or one of her other locations

I chose this house because it was different from all the other options I saw plus the pool,and available activities. The villa is beautiful, it is unique for the area and we immediately felt comfortable. Beach isnt far but the most fun we had was in the backyard. Yes, there are other ppl there, but we enjoyed chatting occasionally and never had any concerns. thank you again for sharing your home, we really enjoyed!

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Great spot for a copules getaway

Our stay at this Airbnb couldn’t have gone smoother. We came from out of town as a group/band to play at a nearby venue, and Duane’s place looked perfectly accommodating and inviting. Duane was very helpful whenever we reached out and the place had everything we needed. Thank you! 🙏🏼

The house was immaculate! The kitchen had everything we needed to grill out and cook inside. Lots of pots and pans, glasses, plates, silverware, bowls, wine glasses, paper towels, kitchen towels, regular coffee pot and a Keurig, tea pot, crockpot, etc. We had a full house and there was plenty of bathroom towels, pool towels, wash cloths, etc. House was plenty big and very clean! Decorated nicely and master shower was great! Along with the walk in closets.. Pool and hot tub had temperature controls and very clean. I just can’t say enough positive things about this house. We will be back in the future!

We loved it there!! it was close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk to the restaurant which had great food and entertainment!!: Loved the outdoor area with the multiple decks, rocking chairs, and a fire pit!!

Spectacular place to stay and disconnect with your loved ones. The place was amazing!!!

Quick dream get away!!!! Our family is chill and love the family time and I find this to be one of the best spots to hang out in general: It has the jacuzzi for any adult that needs a little bit of hot water. The barbecue is perfectly in the middle so that there’s always a place to pass the food or stuff around, we placed a big garbage bag in that area so you can keep the area clean(there was everything you need to cut,cook, grill but of course we took our own just in case. There 2 canopies one in the corner with about 8 people to seat and one on the wall of the house, which had a fire pit and it had chairs too but of course we took beach chairs , like 7 of them and still plenty of space on the deck. 1 picnic table with Umbrella for up 8 people, great for games. 1 volleyball field which we use and loved it. The room had plenty of space we even placed an inflatable mattress so that all the kids can be together. Lastly the Master shower it has an amazing space to shower. Awesome Place!!!
