Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

Great location! Easy access for boating. Highly recommend staying there!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

My family and I had such an amazing time staying at Lina's place! The apartment is even more beautiful than the picture suggest. It was absolutely spotless and we had such a nice time hanging in the pool as well as sitting out back and watching the boats go by. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away as well as several other dining spots. Would love to come back again soon!

It was immaculately clean and five star comfortable. Diane was a great communicator and we felt very welcome. We absolutely loved this stay and already trying to find time to book again!

When you leave the dock and take a right towards where there are no houses, the most beautiful scene lays out before you. Weeki Wachee Springs was so surreal. You have to go up the springs to find a beach. But the dock had plenty of fishing supplies for the meantime. I had 3 kids, we were not crowded. Wonderfully stocked kitchens. More than enough kayaking, paddleboards, games, ect for a family of 5. Mary was very responsive. My kids and I had a spectacular time.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved having the stairs to the water and the dock. We have a micro skiff so having both options was really great for us! The place is clean and very comfortable. It is very close to The Upper Deck and the little beach area that you can swim in. We saw a few manatees. We live in Florida and still love seeing the local wildlife!!

Rachel’s home was everything it was advertised and more than we expect, we lost our home to Helene down the street from her home, so being able to be in our beautiful community ment so much to us as well as finding this little gem to stay in for two weeks while we took care of business, the house is beautiful and felt like home to us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home, highly recommend this house and would definitely book again. She was very accommodating to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had! If you’re looking for a cozy at home feeling, Rachel’s place should not be overlooked!

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

We loved our stay! First time in the area and we hope to visit again! Marni’s place was super clean and very comfortable. The bed was awesome! We slept great. We enjoyed kayaking and visiting all the cool restaurants in Homosassa. It was a great vacay for my husband and myself.

Location and amenities were PERFECTION. Kayaks and paddle boards for all of us with Hospital Hole and Rogers Park a short paddle away. We enjoyed the rope swing and saw several manatees swim right by the house. Loved using the green egg for BBQ dinners and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to entertain. Great house!!

Our stay was great, the house is very comfortable and safe feeling. Maggie responds very quickly to any issues you may have or any questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a relaxing vacation!

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
