Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Spring Hill

The space had everything we needed for a short stay, and it was very comfortable and a great spot for folks traveling with a dog. The hosts are communicative and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend Karen’s place! She is a very responsive host and her place was the perfect stay for my friends and I attending a wedding in Franklin. The fenced in backyard was a nice plus for our dog.

Karen was an absolute dream host! Responsive, caring, and helpful are all words I would use to describe Karen! She not only gave us a late check out, but she also allowed us to drop our bags at her home early, as we had some events we had to attend that were right around the time of check in. Very thankful to have found an Airbnb host such as Karen, and I would highly recommend anyone staying in the Franklin area to stay with Karen! Thanks again for everything!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

Cutest house….we loved how peaceful and beautiful it was. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs 😊. Would definitely stay again if we get back this way.

This was our 3rd time staying at Nicole's beautiful home. I had to look back because it seems like we've stayed there more times than that. Nicole is a great host, communication is easy and fast, and we always love coming to Nashville and staying with her. Her home is exactly what we need, has everything we could want, is convenient, and we feel so comfortable every time. We most definitely will keep coming back!

Unit was very well maintained and inviting. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and rock in the rocking chairs. Some construction views but didn’t bother us. The pool is an added perk although we didn’t use this trip. Uber ride to downtown Broadway was only $7. It was exactly as described and communication was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time when back in Nashville!

We had a great day at Jim’s place. It had all kinds of nice amenities to make us feel at home. Had a nice visit with Jim and he gave us many recommendations and ideas about things to do in the area. I can highly recommend staying here as I hope to come back.

Perfect city vibe! Close to everything fun. It feels like you are always a part of the party if your window faces the main street. Clean and modern decor. Cozy couch and even cozier beds. Staff is very friendly and building is very safe.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

The spot was perfect for us - everything we needed and more. The keypad was very easy to use (they aren't all that way), and the unit was private and quiet. Their communication was always quick and concise, and we had everything we needed. The bed was heavenly, especially after a long travel day. And, most importantl to me for Nashville, the fan (one of the largest I've seen) and air conditioning worked very well.

My friend and I decided we needed a peaceful girls' getaway. A cabin retreat seemed perfect and this was the place for it. Super quiet, deep in the woods, about 20 minutes to get to Nashville. Super clean. Jaimie has thought of every little detail - including leaving some of her chicken's eggs! We a slight problem with the lights that surrounded the firepit and Jaimie was there in 20 min to fix the problem. Super friendly and responsive. Very cozy and comfortable. I had asked if I could check in an hour early as I was coming from WI and Jaimie had someone checking out that day but said she'd try to get it cleaned up in time and she did. Unfortunately, traffic was horrific and didn't get there until after 5 pm. My friend was coming from FL and we both said if we meet up again - this is where we're staying! I thought the price was very fair. Thanks Jaimie!

Dylan was a great host! His place was just as described and it is beautiful and very clean. The fenced in yard was perfect for my two little ones to run around and play! I would definitely stay here again!

My husband, 5&3 year old children and our old lady pup Molli enjoyed a 5-night stay at Jorie’s cottage while in the area visiting family over the Easter holiday. The cottage was the perfect peaceful getaway, being in close proximity to area attractions. We definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone that needs a homier place to stay while in this area of Tennessee.

Sandie's place was such a gem! Cozy, well-stocked, and nestled in nature but still close enough to everything you need. Driving to the area, you can't help but take in the stunning land and scenery. Peaceful, private, and super safe. If you're visiting middle Tennessee, this spot's a hidden treasure. Would absolutely stay again!

Great little cottage in the woods. Clean, had all the necessities plus more, dog friendly, you name it. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. And the porch… that was our favorite part.

This was our second stay. We were in Shelbyville for our son's surgery. The location is within 10 minutes of the hospital. Travis and Lindsey are great hosts. Very responsive. The tiny home is exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and was very clean.

This house was so beautiful! The host was amazing and quick to respond. She was so kind and helpful with every request and message. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, perfect for a family. It has everything you need to feel at home. We highly recommend!
