House holiday rentals in Springfield

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Our family of 20 had such a great time. This historic home has been beautifully restored, and we could see and appreciate its original aspects. The staircase, the high ceilings, and the gorgeous decor took us back in time. The updates were much appreciated as well - the swimming pool, the standup video games, the pool table, as well as the updated kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and then walking down to the corner ice cream shop!

Very beautiful home with plenty of space. The outdoor heated pool was a big hit and my family had so much fun! I would definitely recommend this place.

The Penthouse was a great size for our family Christmas of 18! plenty of sleeping places and dining tables. Love the air hockey table and the pool!

Wow! Such a great host. Tyianna responded within minutes when an issue arose. Beautiful home, spotless, warm and welcoming. Had three kiddos with us and there was so much to do. The game room in the lower lever, numerous board games, and of course the pool. We swam every day! We were extremely happy with our stay and will probably check on renting it again next summer, thank you Tyanna! Chris Hintz

This place was a wonderful find. It was plenty large for our needs and located perfectly. There were no issues with anything at this property. It is immaculate - like new. We didn’t use the deck and backyard because we were too busy but it is a nice place. We had some communications with the host and received responses very quickly (no problems just communications). Additionally, it was extremely close to Shaker Run Golf Course which has excellent food. We would definitely stay there again.

Matty was an excellent host ..very kind and responsive . He also checked in on us every other day.....wonderful host...wish it was not so expensive but I appreciate him

Such a nice 1/2 way stop for our family. Very peaceful and clean! This was our second stay and it won’t be our last! That should say it all!

This is our second time staying at Ann's cottage, and it was as wonderful as the first time. We come to Springfield on business, and really needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay and relax after each hectic day. Cardinal Cottage is all that and more. And it's all the little touches that Ann thinks of- from extension cords on the night stands, so we don't need to search for the outlets, games in the tv cabinet, and a nice selection of coffee to name a few. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all the shops and restaurants you would want. We look forward to our next stay there!

We were blown away by this AirBnB! The interior was impeccably appointed with every little amenity thought of. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The area was quiet within steps to a trailhead in beautiful Clifton Gorge. The hosts were super helpful and communicative but not at all intrusive. We are planning to come back asap!

This beautiful home is one that I will stay in every time I return to Springfield. It's spacious and was spotless, private and pretty, comfortable and comforting! it's everything you want, need and expect a HOME to be! The only downside to this home, was that we loved it so much, it was difficult to leave.

This was a great house for my family and I to stay in. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, safe, and peaceful. I went for a morning run, and all the streets had sidewalks with beautifully manicured trees, flowers, etc. The home was clean, spacious, and furnished as described. The only issue we had was the curtains. With it being summertime, my kids needed to go to bed before sundown, and the curtains were not light blocking. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of 3 visiting a friend at the air force base. We loved hanging out on the back deck (and enjoyed the fireflies in the evening). We felt really comfortable and the house had everything we needed to cook dinners at home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tamara was very responsive and the best air bnb host! We really enjoyed our little vacation.

Beautifully updated home but also keeping the charm of an older home! Nice backyard to grill and have our dog. Very inviting decor. Beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend staying at Brian’s place.

This was 5 star from top to bottom! I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed this house. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and had lots of opportunity to compare with others about their Airbnb stays. Ours was the best!!! Loved everything about this house - beautifully updated with fabulous amenities and so many wonderful touches of history — the framed patents are the best! Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - all fantastic!! The location is super convenient especially for downtown, Carillon and UD. The neighborhood is lovely. A++++

We had a wonderful stay at the Nightingale House in Cedarville from May 30 to June 2. The home is simply beautiful—charming, clean, and full of character. Every detail was thoughtfully put together to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

My family’s stay at Carla’s was perfect! Loved the flexibility of a late booking & check in! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We enjoyed the adjustable king bed, and our kids slept well on the queen bed! Carla was very friendly! I appreciated the reminder message the day before leaving of things to do when checking out. The house was exactly as pictured. Nice & clean. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your home! We will definitely be back when we are in town!

This house was perfect for our group of bicyclists riding the OTET - the Ohio to Erie Trail. It was perfectly located here are the things we loved about the place: amazing hot water! It never ran out and the shower was soooooo great, the beds were really comfortable, there was a really nice coffee bar in the kitchen that included some snacks, teas, and coffee, a Keurig, and a hot water kettle, Mollie - the host, was super friendly and accommodating of our group. It felt friendly and comfortable - the perfect place for respite after 48 miles on the bike trail that day!

We had an amazing experience at Renee’s place in Beavercreek! Renee was a fantastic host—she communicated quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Beavercreek. Thank you, Renee, for making our trip so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time! We were so blessed to have find such a beautiful find! We really enjoyed the backyard area with the deck and BBQ. Great for kids, they didn't want to leave! Home was very welcoming and inviting. Each room was delightful. Thanks again to the amazing hosts.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and comfortable with modern amenities but rhe star of the show was the arcade! We had so much! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, walkable and super close to some of Daytons best restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this house.

Our group loved staying here! It felt like an actual home with everything you need and had tons of charm. It was also very comfortable, with many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a lovely sunroom that was perfect for reading and hanging out. I highly recommended staying here if you get the chance.

Very nice house with a great set up for 2 couples. Upstairs didn't stay as cool as the downstairs, so if you are warmer natured, keep that in mind in the summer. Overall, a very nice equipped home!! One thing we noticed is that the train blows the whistle close and it makes several night time trips! They supplied ear plugs for this situation I am sure, but if you are someone who likes quiet when you sleep that might be something to consider. Had a great amount of things to do to occupy your time at the house, games etc! Enjoyed our stay!! Thanks!!
