I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in Porterville for a birthday trip at Mary’s downtown apartment. We loved the high ceilings and overall cozy and elegant vibe of the place :). We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch during the evenings and enjoying the mountain and orchard views in the distance. Would definitely love to come back!

Victor is a great host and a great person. I would definitely recommend staying at his properties. My wife stayed at some of his other properties as well and they all fit the same great category. This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

Arriving & staying at Joanie's place is like entering Garden of Eden. Just seeing the wide smile & "ohh-ahh" from my parents who are visiting from a city country, they couldn't believe their eyes seeing real oranges on the trees!! We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful farm cabin. Tucked away in nature, it was the perfect break from the noise and busyness of everyday life. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and had all the basic utensils we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was warm and inviting—such a treat after a day outdoors! One of the biggest highlights was meeting Susan, the farm manager. She is truly a kind and generous soul, and we learned so much from her about the rescued horses and pigs. Her love and care for the animals is inspiring, and her warm, friendly nature made us feel so welcome. Our kids had an amazing time riding the horses—it was an unforgettable experience for them. We highly recommend taking advantage of the horse lessons while you’re there! We would absolutely love to come back. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a meaningful connection to nature, this is the place to be.

I loved the clean kitchen, which was well-stocked with utensils and tools. The yoga room had a peaceful atmosphere and was beautifully decorated—perfect for a morning yoga session. Joyce also recommended a nearby grocery store, which made it convenient for us to shop for food in the evenings and prepare our daily meals. I would definitely recommend this place for couples looking for a cozy and well-equipped place to stay.

Timothy was very friendly and helpful. The house itself: It’s a cozy place in the mountains, the views are beautiful. And the there are three bed and a sofa, if you want to bring whole family will be worth it. About few minutes away from the park and town, very good location. Highly recommended!

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Nice place, spacious, clean, cute, comfy beds. We appreciated the snacks and extra little thoughtful amenities, I forgot my toothbrush so it was awesome there were some provided!

Joshua is a great host. He’s very responsive. The place was everything and more. Very private. You have your own entrance. Plenty of parking and in a very safe neighborhood!!! I would definitely stay again.
