Third floor private 2bed/1bath with pull-out bed Sit in garden opposite with laptop or walk to Spy Pond, Menotomy Rocks Park or every type of restaurant.

The accommodations are in the 2nd floor unit of a house close to Tufts University. It's a 13 min walk to Davis Square T; 35 min to Kendall/MIT. This small, quiet 2nd floor guest bedroom has exclusive use of a bathroom. The room is great for solo guests needing a temporary stay in the neighborhood. There is one paid off-street parking space $10/night, availability is first come first serve. You MUST AGREE to install the August Smart Lock to access the premises. No physical keys.
