Apartment holiday rentals in St Albans

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. Kenny was responsive and provided recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. We used The Annexe as a base for traveling to Wembley Stadium, and Kenny provided useful tips on the best ways of travelling in and out of London. We'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

The apartment was a perfect stay in one of my favorite locations. Apartment had amazing books to look at. Place was exactly like the photos. Had French press to make coffee in the morning. Buses and overground easy access to get around. Highly recommend. One thing of note is there’s no AC. which absolutely wasn’t a problem for us as the temperatures were really cool while we were there but something to keep in mind if you come during the summer. Cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It was a really great stay. Exactly what we were looking for.

The apartment was excellent and the village was charming with a good selection of restaurants, pubs, a small supermarket and a cafe. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything you need even for a long stay. Janine was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to be, continental size and feel. I enjoyed my stay in apartment, would come again. Valentina was very responsive to any queries. I would recommend the place.

Just arrived back from a wonderful stay! We had a lovely time and the accommodation was really nice and easy to get too. There was 5 of us in town to attend SlamDunk festival (south) and it was a great location. Far enough away to not get any noise but close enough that taxis weren’t extortionate. 10/10 would stay again!

Ideal for a 4 week stay during house repairs, internet great for remote-working. For trips into central London just a 4 minute walk to the station and less than 30 mins to town. All the shops and cafes you need on the doorstep and several good local restaurants. Rui answered any questions quickly and was really helpful.

Amazing place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Our first visit to London couldn’t be made easier with this comfortable stay in the heart of the city! Walkable to so many fantastic restaurants, theatres and historic landmarks. The hosts were very attentive in case we needed anything at all, which we didn’t because they really think of everything! The place is remodeled beautifully and the shower/warm water with the right pressure is amazing! They even provided a bottle of wine and chocolates. So accommodating and thoughtful. We would love to stay again.

What a lovely air BNB! This is the best and cleanest place we have stayed in London. Chloe was so responsive and provided very clear/straightforward instructions, the place and whole process was very well organized. We felt very safe in the area and apartment, it was all walkable too which we loved. The apartment was decorated well and had everything we needed for our stay. We often come to London and always rush to get home as we don't enjoy the places we stay in, but this was a completely different experience - we actually felt rested and recharged and even went for brunch at browns which was under 10 mins walk from the apartment. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

We stayed at Derek’s place as we were seeing a show at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. The location was great, busses close by and it was incredibly easy to get to and from the stadium. The place itself was lovely - clean and cozy. We were sad that we only stayed for one night!

We can't say enough good things about this little flat. As a traveling adult couple, it was perfect for our needs and a great reprieve from the smaller hotel rooms we had mostly been in to that point. Our host was very gracious. We did not see her in person, but when we arrived late after driving in hectic, Friday night London traffic, she was happy to help us troubleshoot our check-in (which would have been solved if we had read the instructions more carefully to begin with) and we had a wonderful three night stay. The house specific booklet with further instructions and local recommendations and the welcoming gift of pains au chocolat, salt and vinegar chips, and prosecco were nice finishing touches. If we make it back over to that area of the world, we will be looking this location up again.

This is a very compact and efficiently laid out flat that was perfect for our five day stay in London. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was a great place to relax when we came back from our busy days out. We very much appreciated the location, which allowed us to walk to many different neighborhoods or easily take public transportation when needed. Daniel was very responsive to all my questions and provided suggestions for luggage storage when we visited the British Museum on our last day there. I’d highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a clean, lovely place to stay in the middle of London.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

As a family of 5, we truly enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location is excellent. Having a grocery store so close with shops and restaurants and even a little playground makes it such an ideal location. Martin was a wonderful host.

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded
