The host Keiran was great, answered all questions quickly and was always willing to help. Easy check-in with the lock box, left for the weekend on our request (Keiran said it was usually removed after checking in). The apartment was lovely, clean with all we needed. Even a pint of milk in the fridge. There are towels provided (although as a larger person myself, quite small) Very well located for a night out in Nottingham and a short walk to the skylink on Friar lane, we used the apartment as a base for Download. There didn't appear to be any plugs in the kitchenette (or we just couldn't find them) this resulted in having to boil the kettle on the lounge floor. The windows in both bedrooms did open, but wouldn't stay open making it a hot night. Would definitely look into booking again if available next time we head to Nottingham.

so Alis place is I'm a perfect location for anyone visiting Nottingham, 5min walk too the train station, close walk too restaurants etc, the place was way better than expected for the price, money well spent! enjoyed my stay thankyou

Amazing place…very quirky decor which makes it feel more special. Very spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need. Easy to get in with the lock boxes. Location literally perfect if you are Nottingham for events and socialising.

Victoria's place was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We had everything we needed. And she was very responsive and friendly with all our little questions. Her recommendations were very helpful for our first time in Nottingham. The place is spacious with two rooms, and even the couch was very comfortable, so much that you could sleep comfortably there watching TV. The surroundings are quiet and the neighborhood was worth a walk around, taking in the scenery. There was a bus stop close, but the accommodation was in reasonable walking distance to what we wanted to see. And after walking all day, the padded floor of the room was a blessing. Overall, we would recommend the place and would love to come back!💕

Amazing place. Right next to the city centre, close to train station and not far from the canal. Perfect for my work trip but would be great for a weekend away too. Very cosy, homely feel.

Reasonable sized studio flat, and I made some great friends here (and saw some Llamas and Hawks on the animal event days which was an interesting extra), I loved that they cleaned my room with a hotel style turndown service weekly included in the price and while the apartment was basic it had everything I needed and restaurants and LIDL next door - just be aware it’s a little prison-like with the security so you’ll need to go down and manually unlock doors and gates to get any food deliveries etc - there’s no way of buzzing people in which is super annoying). I would decently stay here again as I liked having my own place and being around people and everything I needed.

I stayed at Adam’s place as I wanted to be close to the MotorPoint Arena, so I could easily walk to and from there. It was a short 10 min walk which was perfect. The building is full of character with beautiful arch windows and bare brick work. Bed was comfortable and there was a bath tub which was a great luxury for me! Lively open plan lounge/ kitchen.

Exactly as described and proved to be the ideal place to stay for a short visit to Nottingham close to all central amenities. Instructions to find the place were on point. Hosts always quick to reply to questions.

This was my second time staying with 'Kevin Dawn And Teams listings'. Although there were minor issues regarding check-in and a few missing kitchen amenities, the host were very helpful both times in resolving these issues. So thank you very much, I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to other students to stay here.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

Fantastic place! Private, has absolutely everything you could need in the place. We stayed in the snug and had an amazing time. Private little courtyard with hot tub and bbq which was great! The place itself was pristine, clean, fresh and just lovely. We contacted the host a couple of times and responses were really fast and helpful. The park and grounds were lovely also for us adults and for the children. Added bonus we weren’t expecting was an invitation for the children to help feed the animals, we took this opportunity and it was fab! The farmer was so engaging with the children and they got to feed many animals and interact with them as well as egg collecting, so cute and just a really lovely thing to do! Thankyou! We absolutely will be recommending to all family and friends and we will be sure to return ourselves, we wished we had booked longer!
