Apartment holiday rentals in St. Augustine Beach

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

I was so impressed with the attention to detail. White noise device in each bedroom. Full length mirror in one bedroom. Colorful and bright decorating. Very organized and just the right amount of stuff. Loved this little place. Will definitely go back.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The beach is a very short walk and so is a great coffee shop and taco stand. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to St.Augustine.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities exactly as advertised. The location was unbeatable — just a short 3-minute walk from the door to a beautiful beach with a private gated entrance. It was also only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine, making it the perfect home base. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean place with many amenities available. Perfect location very quiet and short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach day available also. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

Was so easy to check in and get to the place. Didnt really need chat since the instructions were spelled out clearly. Everything was so clean and kept up. Been coming to St Augustine since 2012 and this was up there with one of the best places to stay!

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

Our stay at this St. Augustine Beach Airbnb was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. We especially loved the cozy balcony. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great condo. The elevator was used daily as I have knee problems. The view from the livingroom was the ocean and the view from the kitchen was of the intracoastal waterway. Many nights we watched the beautiful sunsets and the dolphins playing. Alan was always very responsive. Very friendly. Great place to stay.

I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

We had a great time at Phillips place! The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was absolutely beautiful and not too busy and the location was great. Just outside of the heart of St.Augustine and easy to get everywhere! We would stay here again:)

Valery demonstrated her hospitality from the very moment of my booking. With details from the check in to check out, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable and fully equipped for our stay with our two kids. Would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Aug!

We stayed for a couple nights and we never wanted to leave. We were in the perfect spot between downtown st aug and A street. Alexandria was very welcoming, flexible, and accommodating. From now on anytime we come back to St Aug we will check if this airbnb is available. 10/10

We would definitely stay here again. Emmily was very responsive. The accommodations were very nice and the amenities at the complex (pool , gym and clubhouse) are fantastic.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

We had a fabulous time during our 10 day stay and Eva's condo at the Hibiscus resort was perfect for our needs. The complex itself is laid out well with plenty of spaces at the pools and hot tubs, and the beach access is great. Eva's condo was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to requests and communicated well with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Will not hesitate to stay agian!

Darling house, tastefully decorated, clean with everything we needed. We especially loved the private outdoor hot tub.

This was our 2nd stay here. We love being right on the beach! Adult pool is great (we didn’t visit the other pool). 5 people stayed very comfortable. Love the Flagler Beach restaurants 15 mins away. Balcony great for morning coffee with a view of the sunrise! Our 2 shih tzu puppies felt right at home! Alina is super responsive and helpful.

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

This place is absolutely fabulous. It is exactly like the picture and we loved the added touch (available novels to read, beach towels, games, etc.). It's tucked back in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The community is very welcoming. The grill has amazing food and drinks. We loved that there were 2 pools to choose from, one more for adults and the other for families. We go some place different every year and we are thinking about coming back:)

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Salty Breeze Retreat to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay near the beach! We traveled with our mother in law and kids (a 4 year old and 6 month old) and it was perfect for our family! Very safe and accommodating for kids with the high chair, pack n play & sand toys! We walked to the beach every day and went to the pool which was really nice and private. Natalie was very responsive when I asked questions. They provided some toiletries, snacks & coffee which we really appreciated. We would love to come back! Just go ahead and book, it’s perfect!
