We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

This cozy beach cottage is one block from the beach and an easy drive to old city st Augustine. We really appreciated the location and being able to bring our pup. We only stayed one night as our family is road tripping up the coast but we loved our time there! Thank you!

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

What a hidden treasure! I was looking for a getaway and what I found was a Haven. It surpassed all of my expectations. So peaceful, clean, and convenient. Close to everything yet tucked away into a quiet corner. Michelle is professional yet so friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, she has the answer. Definitely one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed in the continental US. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

Stephani did a wonderful job creating the perfect beach rental! The decorations are adorable, and the amenities are exactly what you would want. From having a well-stocked kitchen (including a coffeemaker and coffee) to a wheeled cooler for the beach, and plenty of extra towels, she really thought of everything.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

It was a little pricey for two nights but the location and the view made up for the cost. It was a holiday weekend also.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Very nice and clean place, easy and clear communication with the host. The location is quiet and across the street from the beach, which is a plus. Lots of restaurants down the strip along the beach. Need a car ride to get to the downtown area, but it’s not too far.

We love this Oceanside condo community and have stayed at various rentals dozens of times. Todd’s place was comfy and well equipped with beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a small bag for taking ice and soft drinks to the beach. Condo has two very large flat screen smart TVs. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Todd was a gracious and responsive host. Great value. We will be back.

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

Tom and Diane have such a fun place to stay! I’ve always wanted an Airstream and now I want one even more. They thought of every detail in what a visitor would like to have. The outdoor shower was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Location is outstanding if you want easy access to St. Augustine and area beaches. Great location near beach which is about a 7 minute walk, pools were great. Right off A1A coastline. Scavenger hunt was clever and unique.

Kayla’s place is exactly as described. We had a great time, the beach was walking distance, local restaurants and pier nearby for fishing. Old St. Augustine is down the street for relaxation and sightseeing. Would return for a repeat!!

The home was exactly as described. The book with all the local things to do and house rules was very helpful. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Home was clean and well maintained in a great neighborhood and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Donna went above and beyond for our stay! She was so friendly and available for questions. She even watched our little dog while we attended wedding events. She was so thoughtful and thought of every little detail, including homemade treats for humans and pups! This was the best Airbnb experience with a clean and beautiful design.
