Kid-friendly holiday rentals in St. George

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

We had a great time! It was really quiet, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathtub very appreciated after a long day in the park!!

This truly felt like a home away from home the moment we walked in. The home was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Our large family loves cooking on vacation rather than eating out, and every kitchen amenity that we needed was provided -- such attention to detail! The foosball table was wonderful! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and included a walking trail, pool, water slide, and hot tub. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here whenever we vacation in the St. George area again.

We had an awesome stay! The location was perfect—central to everything we needed and an easy walk to great restaurants for dinner. After long days at basketball tournaments, the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host was super responsive and very accommodating. We really appreciated how smooth and comfortable everything was. We’d definitely come back again!

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect in every way! We loved the house and backyard— the fenced yard allowed for us to relax with our dogs and not worry about their safety. The neighborhood was great for walking and was very close to stores as well as being central to exploring the remarkable Zion park. The home is a 5++ and the hosts were phenomenal!

Gerri's place is wonderful - would stay there again in a heartbeat. Spotlessly clean, convenient to ZNP, tons of personal touches throughout like local recommendations, board games, and even left us pancake mix and syrup for breakfast! Check in/out directions were very clear. Rain shower in the bathroom was perfect after a long day hiking. Thank you, Gerri!

Karen’s place was an excellent value! We were not there long and did not get to enjoy all of the amenities but they looked very nice. The condo was a great place to stop on our way to the national parks. Thanks for sharing it with us.

This was the middle stop of our week long trip and was so nice to have a large house AND a pool to relax. We were right between all the things we were looking to go do so the location was great as well!

Angelea's place was great! Easy 15-20 min drive to Zion visitor's center. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of hiking. Really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Having the ability to do laundry was so helpful. Angelea is excellent with communication. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay. We spent two nights and did a day trip to Zion. Good location in Hurricane Utah. Quiet and easy to find. Would stay again.

Very cute and clean space perfect for my boyfriend and I to visit Zion National Park! Had everything we needed and only 30 min from park! Host was very responsive and we had a great stay here.

This was a second stay at Paige's place. it continues to be the best Air B and B property at which I have stayed. "5's" in EVERY category, just like last year!! For our golf excursion we were never more than 15 or 20 minutes away from a course and we were only 10 or 15 minutes away from downtown St. George and their dining options. can't wait for our 3rd trip next June!

AMAZING!! Some friends and I were just driving though on a moving trip and stopped here for the night and it was everything we needed! Clean home, welcome snacks, after a long day of driving was exactly what we needed. The backyard and the hot tub really made the place that much better

We loved our stay!! Cody and Nicole were excellent hosts and the place was ideal for our family of 6. The games and toys were an extra bonus to the kids dish ware, comfortable rooms and fun pool central environment. We loved St George and are so glad we kicked off our summer with the visit!

We loved everything about the condo, the complex and the location! It was very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family. My kids loved having access to the pickleball courts, basketball court and the pool - we used them every evening during our stay! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed - which was wonderful since we flew and couldn’t bring a ton of necessities with us. It is exactly as pictured. We also loved the area where it is located - in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to so many restaurants and groceries. Diane was super easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Utah!

I’d stay here again! 1 bed/1 bath with extra sleeping areas to accommodate 5-6 guests. Clean linens and easy clear instructions in rooms to help you navigate where things are expectations for Airbnb use. Knowing the HOA rules was great so me and kids could be good guests. (Not that we’re crazy trouble-makers… but knowing the boundaries are important for mutual respect)

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for a weekend away. The bed was comfortable, and we loved mornings on the patio by the fountain. We have stayed at a few condos in this same area, and were most impressed with the amenities available at this community. There is something for everyone! Alek was a fantastic host. His directions were extremely clear and he was super communicative throughout our stay.

Place was great. Kiddos really loved the bunk beds. We extended our rental. They were very helpful with that process

This was a great place to stay for adults and kids. It was easy to find and the amenities were fabulous. I loved that I felt at home and the area was peaceful and family friendly. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends visiting St George Utah

Great place to stay! Near the pool, clubhouse, and other bloomington amenities! Would recommend! A great way to enjoy St. George in the heat of the summer or to escape the cold in the winter! Would go back!

Very nice place. Marciea has thought of everything. We VRBO and Airbnb a lot. Did NOT want for anything here. It was awesome
