This spacious bungalow, located in Lanark Village, is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Carrabelle Beach and 30 minutes from the white sandy beaches of St. George Island and the beautiful town of Apalachicola. Next door to Lanark Village is a boat dock, convenience store and country club with bar/restaurant. Carrabelle also has a boat dock, marina, restaurants, and shops. Sun, sand, seafood, and relaxation at your door!

This beautifully decorated home custom built in 2024, is centrally located and just a short drive to St. George Island. Walk across the street to your own private beach. Kids can find marine life in the tidal pools while everyone can fish, swim and walk along the sandbar. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Inside the house you will have a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space with amazing views of the bay. Sit on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the dolphins.

Guests can also enjoy boating and fishing from the privet dock. Local boat ramp just a few miles away. In Florida's National Forest, guests can experience local wildlife while hiking in Tate's Hell. St. James Golf Club is within a within a few minutes' drive. Catch a round of golf or enjoy a meal at the Crooked River Grill.

Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.
