Beachfront holiday rental in St. Johns County

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Lisa’s in St. Augustine! The location was unbeatable - barely a five minute walk to the beach, with a taco stand and brewery at each corner and lots of amazing walkable places nearby (Kookaburra Coffee and Island Donuts to name a few)! It was barely fifteen minutes to downtown St. Augustine as well. The Airbnb itself was easy to find and had a parking spot. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with an outdoor shower and dog run - it took all the stress out of traveling with dogs! We truly had the best time; my only regret is that I wish we had gotten enough time off work to stay longer! Lisa even allowed us a complimentary late checkout to enjoy more time at the beach. If you are traveling with dogs and looking for a simple, cozy, convenient place to escape to the ocean and historic St. Augustine, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, comfortable; plenty of options to watch on TV without having to use our own streaming services; quiet neighborhood. Not for anyone who has issues going up and down stairs to the second floor bedrooms and shower. (Not an issue for us, but perhaps a consideration for others.) Daniel was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

We stayed at Phyllis and Mark’s cozy abode for three nights and had such a great time. The space was warm and welcoming — perfect for a weekend getaway. They really thought of everything: board games, water bottles, beach gear, and all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t have been better — right between St. Augustine and Daytona, with great restaurants and fun things to do just a short drive away. One of the highlights for me was the golf cart, which made beach trips not only more accessible, but also so much more adventurous! Phyllis and Mark are genuinely kind people who really took the time to make sure we felt comfortable the whole time. You can truly tell they really care about creating a good experience for their guests. This place is what Airbnb is all about — people opening up their homes not just to share a space, but to share a sense of community. Safe, thoughtful, and full of heart. I look forward to coming back next year!

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

Very nice and clean place, easy and clear communication with the host. The location is quiet and across the street from the beach, which is a plus. Lots of restaurants down the strip along the beach. Need a car ride to get to the downtown area, but it’s not too far.

Thanks Lori for a great stay! The condo is beautiful and accurately described. We very much appreciated the beach gear and items for kids to use; it saved us from buying items to use for a few days. Also her kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. I highly recommend her condo!

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay in Todd’s place he was a great host, with great communication. The condo had everything you would need on your beach getaway. Easy walk to the ocean. Beach was very clean and in a great location. I rate condo, host and beach a 10!!! Can’t wait to go back to St. Augustine beach.

I love this place. It was so so hard to leave. The serenity of the area just pulls you in. My husband and I have never really done vacations before but because of this, it’s going to be yearly event now and we are coming back right here every time. All site seeing was within minutes away, parking is private, the boardwalk to the beach is also private and just far enough away from the public beach access that people don’t normally walk all the way down and the beach is usually pretty empty. The historic area is perfectly clumped together but if you’re looking for your target fix it’s just another 5 minutes down the road. Don’t think about it. Just book it.

The cottage is beautiful.....but the dune isn't great for some one who has a bum knee. Yes you can see the ocean but dune takes away from the view. The pictures does make it seem like you have a full view of the beach and ocean. Maybe higher chairs and table would help on the patio.

Kayla’s place is exactly as described. We had a great time, the beach was walking distance, local restaurants and pier nearby for fishing. Old St. Augustine is down the street for relaxation and sightseeing. Would return for a repeat!!

I got my parents 5 nights here as their Christmas gift and they loved it! Great location! Super cute place with great pool and beach access!

We had the BEST time at Dani’s place! She was so kind and let us add two extra family members at the last minute. This place is STUNNING, honestly even better than the photos. The views are incredible and we all loved going out on the dock at different times of the day to watch the tide come in and out. We saw a few sea turtles and a lot of fish jumping. It’s close to the beach, which we also enjoyed but that porch is just so magical. We even got to do yoga outside one day! Book this place, it’s beautiful and oh so peaceful!!

We are a family of 5 from Chicago that has stayed in many AirBnB homes over the last 5 years all over the country. This home was amazing and perfect for a beach experience with some privacy and space. It was a very easy (and safe) walk to the beach and ocean, and then it was wonderful to have the private pool area to relax in afterwards. The house was so nice and modern, with every conceivable amenity. It was really helpful to have all of the beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards available for use, and our family loved this home. We couldn't recommend this house enough!

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

This was an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet retreat with your dogs in tow. The view and beach accessibility were top-notch. The small, quaint cottage is rustic and charming. Having a complimentary bottle of wine from the local winery offered a nice, welcoming touch. I love Vilano Beach and I hope to stay here again in the future!

EXCELLENT FOR LARGE FAMILY This place is better than advertised! This house has a beach view from the whole house. The kitchen big, wide open and updated . The home was very clean, with a lot of extras. We really enjoyed the beach and just a 15 min drive to St. Augustine There is a big game room on the first floor that the kids really enjoyed. We had a blast. Thank you 🙏🏼
