Holly’s place was lovely. All the amenities. Great shower pressure and soft bed! Super clean and relaxing balcony! Gorgeous giant trees with moss and landscaping.

I can’t say enough good things about the Villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully designed and equipped with all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Rachel was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a convenient homebase, this place is perfect and it’s steps away from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The sea turtle cottage is absolutely perfect for a beach getaway. The host is extremely nice and was available if needed. The ocean is just a few steps thru the back yard onto the walkway that deposits you directly onto the pristine white beach. No dunes to walk thru, just a few stair-steps. The cottage is quiet, updated, clean and tidy with a very comfortable king bed. Plenty of towels and linens, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. It rained a bit during our stay, plenty of dvd movies, tv and books kept us occupied. There are restaurants, shops, gas and groceries nearby. We even had a pizza delivered for a late night snack. We would definitely stay at the sea turtle again without hesitation.

This was the perfect amount of space for us, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location and privacy very much.

Kathy was awesome. The place is beautiful and only a one minute walk from the beach. Sooo peaceful. The yard is like an oasis of sun and shade. I will definitely return to this air b n b. Thank you Kathy.

Jerri’s place is spotless, private, and very comfortable. She is so friendly and made the stay cozy by providing snacks and drinks. Above and beyond. It was a pleasure—100% recommend!

I had a great stay at this backyard cottage. Everything was just as described and I appreciated the peaceful surroundings - perfect for relaxing and in my case getting a ton of work done. Great host, sparkling clean, well appointed. Definitely recommend,

We stayed here for a wedding at Washington Oaks Park, so the location was perfect. The space was perfect for my partner and I. We enjoyed the wildlife, turtles on the road, a deer in the front yard one night, and a cardinal nest literally right on the front patio. We had just one request for a clothes iron, and Dub and Sheila responded right away and let us borrow theirs. All in all, a great little bungalow made for a perfect stay in Palm Coast.

This was my 1st time in St Augustine. I travelled with my partner for Memorial Day Weekend to enjoy the city. The location was perfect, walking everywhere just minutes away from Historic downtown. The Airbnb was spotless, great parking. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to St Augustine.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want the ability to walk all over town. We came in on Thursday and left Sunday. Didn’t have to drive once to go anywhere.

Really lovely stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. This little Airbnb has lots of thoughtful amenities too - books, coffee, bottled water, toiletries. The space is quiet and cool, which makes it a great hub for weary travelers new to Florida summers. Really appreciated the extra large closet - I can tell someone put extra love into the space! Guest parking is easy in this gated community and there are nice sidewalks to stroll around. There is even a shared courtyard. I appreciated the accommodating and friendly communication with the hosts. They were gracious and made check in flexible! (*Note) There is 1 set of stairs required for entry.

Wow! I only rated 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option. This place was absolutely amazing! Close to the beach and st Augustine amphitheater (we were here for a concert!). Beautiful guesthouse and backyard. Pool was extremely relaxing and clean. Friendly hosts! We will be back again.

Ivan’s pool and jacuzzi enclosure was beautiful and convenient. The pool house was lovely with all the amenities one could want. I look forward to returning at some time.

Exactly like the listing. Worked perfectly for my girlfriend and I. Only a few streets over from the main part of St.Augustine, easy walk. Even though others were staying in the main house, didn’t feel like we were sharing a place. Only saw the others when coming and leaving. Would easily stay again

Our state was very well worth it. The cottage upstairs was very clean. I would definitely recommend for a couple awesome view right there on the beach basically

My husband and I stayed 2 nights while attending a concert a St. Augustine. We always stay on Vilano and Cristina's place didn't disappoint! It was perfect for 2 people. Comfy bed, cute furnishings, great bathroom. Location is easily walkable to the beautiful beach and a quick drive to all the hot spots of St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

Kyle’s place not only gave me a place to get my work done, it also provided the perfect escape from everything. It was clean! Very cozy and comfortable. Close to everything! I look forward to coming back for work again soon! The hot tub was a nice touch and all the little snacks were great! Thank you Kyle! 10/10

This cozy home was perfect for my family and I. We spent New Years Eve here and we loved it. The beach was very close. We walked over to see the sunset and really enjoyed it. Robin was very responsive and friendly.

Trevor's unit was super cute, very clean and comfortable. There is no oven but I was able to use the hotplate for most everything. Trevor responded to all my messages promptly. I didn't know that there was a gate you have to open and close to park but it was nice knowing my car was safe and parked right in front of the bungalow. it made loading and unloading everything very convenient. If I'm ever traveling back to St Augustine I would definitely book Trevor's place again!
