Monthly Rentals in St John's Wood

Lovely experience staying at Peter’s place. Checkin was smooth even though I got there late at night. Peter was ok with a late checkout as I had a late flight. Peter also ok with me leaving a day early as plans changed. Place is clean, stocked and as per description. Communication is clear and prompt.

We stayed at Olya’s during our 9-day stay in London and it was exactly what we needed! Clean, comfortable, and pretty well-situated, especially if you’re going to be using the buses (multiple stops are a 3 min walk away). The nearest tube station, St. John’s Wood, is about a 15 min walk away as well. Olya was very friendly and responsive, and check-in and out was easy. She let us check-in early, which was very helpful with all of our luggage. There is a small elevator in the building, although there are stairs both before and after it to get to the flat, so it would not be accessible for someone who can’t do stairs. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, very residential. Not the best choice if you’re looking for multiple restaurant options right outside your door. But great if you’ll be spending most of your time elsewhere and need a nice place to come back to at the end of the day! We also appreciated the kitchen to make breakfast every morning. Thanks for a great stay!

Andreea’s apartment is in a great location right on St John’s Wood High st. Right out the door you have cafe’s restaurants, multiple thrift stores. Short Walking distance to the tube and Regents Park. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable with a small deck you can access by climbing through the bedroom window. There is a school nearby that does generate some children voices in the morning, and I imagine at times throughout the day, but we were never there to hear them since we were out so were not really bothered by it. Lastly, Andreea was very responsive to all of our communications and met us upon our arrival to give us a key, show us around the apartment and give us some excellent tips on local places to see. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely flat in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to two subway stations, local markets, bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. Ruth’s space is welcoming, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
