Great place! Short walk to the lake (though you do have to walk along and cross a road where cars can go fast). I loved the large open kitchen and living area. Having a fire pit and fireplaces was great.

We had a last minute stay for one night in this cozy little log cabin and had a great experience. The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a quiet, short getaway. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful stay!! Our puppies loved it too!!

We had a great stay!! So easy and walkable to get to the downtown part of Saugatuck!! It was such a cozy little quaint beach cottage :) definitely book it :)

I loved this space! It was private, with beautiful surroundings, and a cozy and curated interior. Not your average air bnb in the best ways. We had everything we needed. Elena was a very kind host and offered clear instructions and great recommendations. Would stay here again :)

Very comfortable and lovely home to stay in. My birthday overlapped with the Indiana Migratory Bird Watching festival this year at the Dunes which was a fun way to celebrate with family and our dogs. Great home for nature lovers and birders alike. The hot tub is comfortable but if it’s windy do expect debris. Courtney was very responsive with all our hot tub needs. We used both AC and heat and both work well. Wifi is very easy to connect and troubleshoot. Very comfortable screened in porch. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend!!

Igor's Prairie Home was the perfect backdrop for my husband and adult children to take a break and reconnect as a family. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. We enjoyed the great hot tub and sitting around the fire pit. Oh and I don't want to forget to mention the tree house! How clever 🌞. Location is perfect for anything you'd like to do in the area because the house is located with easy access to Red Arrow highway. Either way you go there is plenty to see and do. Everyone wants to stay at Igor 's again and my son in law has already recommended to his parents. So I know we'll be back. 😎⛱️

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was clean, great location & cozy! We especially loved the automatic pool cover so we could actually relax on vacation with our little ones running around. I also loved the three separate areas outside (pool, fire pit, grassy area). The separate areas offered a nice change of scenery to break up the day without leaving the house. I also loved that it’s a spacious ranch style house, so was easy to keep eyes on the kids. Jennifer was a wonderful & accommodating host & can’t wait to get back to her house soon! Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful off-season stay to attend a wedding in Benton Harbor. It was just a short drive to the venue and anyplace else we wanted to go. It was quiet and peaceful back at the house.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect. It was nice and clean with a great rooftop deck and screened in porch. The location could not have been better, walking distance to everything in town. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out with a book explaining everything in the house. Mark was great at responding to questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Saugatuck is a darling town and Robyn’s condo made it even more delightful. Wonderful neighborhood, very walkable to shops, restaurants and the water!

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

We had a lovely family reunion at St Joe’s overlook. Kitchen came with literally everything- all sorts of cooking instruments (crock pot, air fryer, toaster etc), spices/oils, and zip lock bags for leftovers. All brand new appliances and ample prep space. We got the pool heated and it was wonderful! Very large size to fit all the family kids. The hot tub was a nice save for the adults who were freezing. Beautiful views from the living room of the river with ample and comfy seating. The home was perfect for a large gathering. We appreciate Evan and Claire hosting us they were always responsive and helpful.

Lovely home, many well thought out perks like fans in upstairs rooms and beach toys for kids! Info said it was an easy short walk to beach so I spent a whole lot more than I usually would. With children it would not be pleasant and is really not a short walk (and is on a semi busy road) & beach is down a whole lot of steps. BUT there are parking spaces so it was fine. Within the house, the steps are fairly steep at parts & there are 2?big ones going into house &!these were hard for my 70 year old mom w knee issues. So if person reading reviews is one of those people, this might not be THE place. That being said, it is very short walk to community pool & host is very responsive & house is beautiful! My mom mostly stayed within first floor including an awesome bed/bath on ground floor. There are games (although I didn’t love the Ouija board 🫣😂) . This would be a great place for multiple family / friends to split cost ;) Its very beautiful & community pool & hot tub are great!

This is our 5th year of vacationing in New Buffalo and have stayed at Missy's place on 3 of those visits! The house works beautifully for our family (7 adults and 4 kids under 6 yo) and you're never tripping over each other, which makes it so relaxing! We'll be back!!

The Fenn Woods retreat was a wonderful fit for our families! My brother's family stayed with my family, so we were 4 adults and 4 young kids in all. The house was everything we hoped for! We loved that the kitchen was well stocked with oils, spices, pots, pans, and dishes, and it has a huge pantry. The house has two living spaces, so it was easy for our two families to spread out when needed. The backyard and play structure are wonderful! The kids spent so much time outdoors, and we appreciated that the yard was set back from the road. There's also plenty of parking. We also loved that all three mattresses felt new and pretty firm. We all slept comfortably! The loft in the third bedroom is quite large, FYI - it could easily fit a queen mattress (two people). The disappointments were: 1. The pool wasn't working, due to recent storms. Probably out of control of the host, but they didn't offer a discount. 2. There is a skylight in the master bedroom, which impacted sleep and napping.

Grace was a great host! The property was beautiful and relaxing. We loved it and our dogs loved it even more. The house had everything we needed and Grace was very responsive and accommodating. There was a big storm (possibly a tornado) that came through and knocked the power out and Grace reached out right away and was more concerned about our safety than the property. Very friendly host, definitely recommend!

Our weekend stay at the Wine Country Estate was a wonderful getaway! Kat, the owner, was a fantastic communicator, providing clear directions that made the place easy to find and responding quickly to any questions. The property itself is set in an incredibly beautiful, peaceful area, offering a serene escape. Inside, the house was clean and perfectly matched its description, showcasing a wonderful attention to detail throughout. We especially appreciated its convenient location, just a quick drive from both Benton Harbor and St. Joseph. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

We loved our Fall stay on the ranch! We walked the trails & interacted with the friendly animals. Also, visited a winery just down the road, St Joe’s downtown & Silver Beach.

Cabin decor is spot on. We arrived and once entering knew we picked the right place. Was our central location for some rockhounding. Cooked all meals from cabin and used the fireplace on the night it was cold and rainy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We recently spent a lovely weekend at Lake Solis. The house could not be more well stocked, cleaner or any more cozy and well designed. Every last detail is thoughfully designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Out of all the houses in the development, this house has the best location, with a private beachfront and unobstructed views of the peaceful little lake. The host has been super friendly and accomodating. She requires no special rules upon checkout, instead wanting to make sure her guests simply enjoy their stay without having to worry about chores. And the best part - pets are welcome! Our yellow lab Bruno had an absolute blast, spending time in nature with all of us! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay! It was perfect for our family and dogs. Carinne was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at Phil’s place we really love the home and most definitely will stay there again
