The location of the Cup and Saucer is fantastic. It’s close to the beach and an easy, safe walk to food and shopping. Don’t hesitate to book.

Great place, very walkable to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and clutter free inside. Nice view of the river. The hosts were very helpful with instructions about the property. I would recommend this place, and I would go back the next time I am in Sagatuck.

Excellent location. Unit is small and bathroom/toilet is a tight fit. Very clean on arrival and furnishings are nice.

Great place in south bend! Right on the river so very peaceful area with parks in walking distance. I stayed there for a wedding at Notre Dame and it worked perfectly- super close to all the events and very easy to get in and out of.

I just love Eagle Lake, it's so beautiful and peaceful out there. The cottage offers a stunning view of the lake from its deck. Stephaney has kayaks and paddle boats available while you are staying there. Keeps the kids entertained for sure. Will definitely stay there again!!

The place was awesome. Very clean and had everything that we needed. Close drive to the beach, shops and many great restaurants. Highly recommend this unit.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living. This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

Our family had a great time! The house was perfect for our memorial weekend getaway. The place is in a great location, it is surrounded by woods making it very peaceful and private. The large kitchen, dining room and living room were great for our large group. We loved all of the amenities both inside and out. The host made the place easy to find with very clear instructions.

A party of 10 women for a bridal party weekend before the wedding festivities. Plenty of room for everyone lots of big bathrooms so much open space. The pool was warm the hot tub was bubbling. Such an amazing place set in the Sand dunes a five minute drive to Lake Michigan, and a short walk to the small lake, we enjoyed all of the amenities and had a wonderful time.

We had a girl’s getaway weekend at this lake house . We needed a place to simply relax and unwind, and Polly’s place provided just that. It is in a very peaceful location. We all enjoyed having our coffee/tea in the sunroom in the morning while listening to the birds. A couple of questions came up during our stay, and Polly and Jack were responsive and helpful. Polly even came over to be our photographer when we had an idea for some pictures on the staircase. She was a great sport. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the home was spotless. The fire-pit area and access to firewood was great . If there was any suggestion I could share, it would be to devise an easier way to utilize the paddle boat. We didn’t attempt it, because we don’t believe we could have got it in and out of the lake easily. Other than that, we had a great weekend. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

We all enjoyed our stay

The house was so beautiful and the view was breathtaking! Everything was clean and felt like they thought of everything from complimentary body wash, soap, shampoo and laundry soap to coffee, marshmallow sticks and beach towels. We lacked for nothing while there. All of the appliances were nice and worked perfectly. I was worried that the steps to the beach would be exhausting but it felt great and got my heart rate up the perfect amount. lol There are good restaurants in South Haven. Our favorites were Maria’s, Clementines and Six Chicks. It was a great trip with family and we would do it again!

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, sheets, blankets. Kitchen is well stocked. Large table for games. Everyone in the group said they would come back.

We have stayed in these condominiums in this building a number of times, Alexa and Carlos’ unit is our favorite.

Felt very peaceful & private, but still just steps away from town. We decided to stay in town very last-minute & extend our trip — Debbie & Jeff were so responsive, flexible, & helpful! Super great spot with tons of room & great hosting space, if that’s what you’re looking for!

Great place, great location, easy to walk almost everywhere. The private beach was great. Patio and pool were well maintained and peaceful. Only downside is lots of stairs but really great place would stay there again for sure.

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Met our needs very well. There was a little restaurant on the premesis.

This condo was super-clean. We loved the balcony, where we could relax after climbing dunes with our grandkids! Good mattresses (our daughter & husband took the upstairs bedroom) and we appreciated the king-sized beds. There is quite a tall stairway to climb to get to the 2nd floor. Otherwise, easy access (we used the August app) from the parking lot.

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend, it was perfect! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away! Would definitely come again.

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
