Great private apartment with a lovely terrace! The place looks just like the photos — stylish and cozy. I would recommend it for two adults and possibly one small child, as the second bed is quite small and access to the bathroom is through the second bedroom, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it’s a super nice place — the terrace is amazing, it feels very homey, and it’s really close to the airport.

Highly recommend. First of all the host Julie is super friendly and accomodating. We were early checking in and we were greeted by Julie in person. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for a holiday for two persons. The best part is the location. It’s near to the airport and all the public transportation to get around the whole riviera and only 15 minutes from the center of Nice. The harbor area is beautiful and full of good restaurants that are also really affordable. At the end of the boardwalk is a big shopping mall to cater all the shopping needs. All in all a 10/10 spot and a huge recommendation for all travellers.

My partner and I had a lovely stay in a good place and very friendly but also very responsive hosts. The accommodation matches the photos!! Parking is hard to find but a few spaces are available around the accommodation. If you come without a car, public transport is very accessible. There are sounds from the departure track and the road, the only disturbing is that when you close the windows, the view , the house and everything else was very good, Jacques and loic are very helpful, thank you, we had a car, the garage works a lot

We were very well received by Grégory, who paid us attention with cold drinks. The apartment with balcony, is restored to new, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing, everything is well thought out (towels and bed linen included)! No parking worries, we had a place in the underground parking. The location of the apartment is great, and close to transport line 12 to go to Nice. Feel free to rent!

We highly recommend Sabrina's accommodation, the apartment is very well arranged, air-conditioned, bright, the terrace is pleasant and a swimming pool is available. The explanations are clear and transparent, the price is very good for its location (about 7 min by car from Cap 3000 and 10 min from the Promenade des Anglais).

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

You feel right at home when you enter the apartment. Especially the great view of the sea has been a pleasure every morning. It was also great to be able to sit on the terrace with a coffee. The beach is right outside the door and perfect especially for small children (sandy beach). The shopping center (5 min walk) offers many shops and restaurants. Nice and Monaco are also easily accessible! The in-house parking is also great. All in all we found it very nice and would go back!

Amazing home. Absolutely beautiful way to spend your time in Nice. You can sit on the balcony and watch the planes come in and out. The elevator is so helpful for luggage. The home itself is stunning. Everything about this place is a yes! I fell in love with Nice so I will use this place again when I come back ❤️

This was such a lovely bnb! It’s close to so many restaurants, a street market that happens twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday until 12:30), several grocery store and cafes, etc. It’s also a minute walk to the beach and promenade. For going to Nice, Antibe or Cannes, the train is a 9 minute walk from the apartment and very easy to get to. I also like that the building has controlled access and a lift. As a solo female traveler, extra security is always a plus, I always felt very safe. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with lots of natural light and all the amenities you need. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Lucas put a lot of care into making his home beautiful and comfortable, with extra touches like cokes in the fridge, new sponges, laundry detergent. Everything is very new and good quality. The location is amazing, a short walk to beaches and lots of nice restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

Needed extra towels for the family and Ryan delivered., place is groovy, especially the verada overlooking the sea. The morning breeze and sun is viola! it's a good spot.

The place was located in a very good location! My family of 4 drove so the location was very easy to get around to the main attractions in less than 30 minutes. Dont be deceived by the looks of the building, it may be simple from the outside, but on the inside, the place was really grand & worth the stay! I cannot recommend enough of how wonderful the place is so do not hesitate to book this place :-)

The apartment is very cosy, spacious and clean. it is also quiet and has a great view and located near the train and bus stations. Maman of Nina met us and was very nice and friendly, the communication was easy. Everything was perfect, thank you very much !

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

The stay was great 🤩 The accommodation was clean, cozy and well equipped - we felt totally comfortable. The location was great - we were able to discover a lot on foot, and the train stop is only 4 minutes away. You can get to Monaco super fast and have the opportunity to reach a sandy beach in just 2 stops. The host was very kind and the check in went smoothly. Would come back anytime!🌞🌊 Best regards,
