This place is really a hidden gem and a rare find in Kingston. The place is nestled in the heart of St. Andrew and is located close to all local attractions and night life but still secluded enough to provide peace and tranquillity. It’s the perfect balance. The apartment is self contained, very clean, private, quiet and has modern amenities. Ramaar is very responsive and accommodating and aided me in navigating around the first few days back on the island. It was truly a good stay and I would definitely recommend and return. Don’t hesitate on booking 🙂

This was actually my second stay at Sunita’s place but I forgot to leave my first review within the 14 days so this review covers both stays. First off, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Sunita’s place. It’s exactly as described: comfortable, cozy, and most importantly, very clean throughout. The kitchen was quite well equipped, and the complimentary water in the fridge was welcomed. And yes, the views are stunning, and moreso at night. It’s in a beautiful quiet residential location, and shops and local amenities are within easy reach. Sunita is a very responsive host, and her brother Sunil who manages the listing is also very helpful and friendly, as is his family who reside next door, so I felt safe having them so close by. I especially appreciate that they accepted and welcomed my little dog! I would definitely stay at Sunita’s place again and would recommend to other’s without hesitation. Thank you for being great hosts - and for the mangoes!

If you are contemplating this listing...hit book immediately!! After 3 days at a party resort in Montego Bay (that underwhelmed us), this bungalow was a breath of fresh air. We used the in-house transportation and had a seamless check in. The property is well taken of and reflects the pictures on the listing. A short but dark (at night) walk brings you to a main road in Ochos Rios. The strip was vibrant with bars, restaurants, and even a couple of clubs. Don't let yourself miss out from the local experience by staying at a resort. The ladies of the house took great care of us. The food was some of the best we experienced!! From fresh lobster, succulent oxtail & chicken curry. The ladies even went out their way to set up a special anniversary table to celebrate us. Mr. Nigel took great care & pride of the grounds. He was also our driver and occasional domino competitor. WE WILL BE COMING BACK & ONLY TO THIS PROPERTY. The property is 9.2, but the workers are a 10!!

Patrick was a very good host. The indications were very clear and Patrick was ready to help us. The pictures are accurate to real life. The house is on the beach. Thank you very much Patrick for hosting us. It was a great add to our trip in Jamaica !

Ms. Margeurite had the right idea when naming her space—*Serenity* truly sums up this location perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a super quiet and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. As an extra touch to the welcome, we were greeted with fresh mangoes—just in time for the start of the season, which was a lovely and personal touch. The view from the property is beautiful, and the location is ideal—peaceful, yet conveniently situated. Ms. Margeurite was a warm and responsive host, even taking the time to check in and ensure that everything was going smoothly. It was my friend’s first visit, and we both had a fantastic stay at *Serenity*. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fully recommended

Ms Paula was a great host. She made sure everything is alright and she was so helpful. Her clean and cozy place is located in a safe and peaceful area - few minutes ride to shopping, restaurants and hospital. Free use of washer is a plus for me. I would highly recommend Ms Paula's place, and definitely would go back again next time.

Donna's place is brilliant. Right on the beach I swam every day. I had a huge room with great facilities and a view of coconut trees and the Caribbean sea. There is also wonderful wildlife to see: pelicans diving off the beach and egrets and other birds wading nearby. It is well located for getting in and out of Kingston, or nipping to Harbour View for food or shopping. Also very nearby are the beautiful Cane River Falls and Bob Marley Beach. But what really makes Donna's place so special is the welcome you will receive and how well Donna will look after you. She made us delicious Jamaican dishes such as saltfish and akee, her own grown callaloo and mangoes fresh from the tree. Always there with a smile and providing a relaxed atmosphere to hang out in and have a rum. Donna and her family also kindly helped out with transport and company on local trips and great advice on places to visit. It is just a great place to be and experience the real Jamaica, meet people, relax and have fun.

I had a wonderful stay here . it’s was quite peaceful and I enjoyed every moment. I will definitely stay here again 💕🤗

The home was so peaceful and clean i highly recommend betty’s place, trust me u won’t regret it and she’s so understanding and patient. Her co host Andrea is so sweet also… overall i give her a 100/10

All I can say is I would stay here anytime I’m doing a solo trip to Jamaica. Richard was THE BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had hands down. The price was a steal. the location was right in the middle of the fun and the adventures such as the rooftop to chill and the room itself.. chefs kiss. Simply put, stay here. Richard is respectful, professional, and overall just a kind hearted great person who truly cares.

If you like peace and quite like i do then Monalee's home is definitely the one. Clean, spacious and calm. Home away from home. Definitely 10/10

Me and my family had to stay there for the weekend to attend a funeral. The space was cozy and relaxing. The property was very green and beautiful. The host Keisha was very hospitable and warm. We loved it and it's definitely the place we are going to stay once we are in Clarendon.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The suite was clean, comfortable and just what I needed to relax. The accommodation was very private with its own entrance, veranda and kitchen. There is off street parking and accessible taxi services to the centre of Spanish Town. The location is close to the new trans island toll road, making it easy to see this island. I enjoyed my stay so much I am extremely likely to return.

Grace was an excellent host. She greeted us....my husband and I, with a warm welcome. You'd think we knew her prior to meeting her. She ensured our stay was comfortable....Grace's place is very clean and welcoming....to add to that, it is a gated community.....as you nane suggests "Safe Haven".....I felt very safe there...The security guards at the entrance were on point and alert as well. Let me hasten to say, Grace is that host that checks on you even when you were not at home....I totally enjoyed staying at Grace's place. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a warm welcoming area in the St Ann's Bay region.

My stay here was only for the weekend, The entire weekend was peaceful 1. The room & bathroom was comfortable and clean. The community is well secured and safe, so is parking. The snacks i got were a bit past shelf life. I would have wanted some shower gel, or soap bar with shampoo & conditioner. Or notice to say that will not be provided. Overall I’d rate it 8/10 tho. Book it🙏🏾❤️

Awesome apartment to stay for a couple of nights and explore the attractions around Ocho Rios. Diane Even came personally over to welcome us and show us everything. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time ☺️

I looooove this place!!!! Between the beautiful breeze and trees talking to me… I felt so relaxed. Adequate amount of space to spread out yourself…. The yard is fruitful…. Overall lovely place and experience….

The place was amazing it was our second time staying here and I had no regrets….. the place is clean and fresh and very welcoming the decor is very elegant all area of the house is spacious I would definitely recommend here to anyone who wants to stay at a Airbnb … Jennifer is an amazing soul she friendly and easy to communicate with …. I was welcome with a wedding gift from her and it felt nice receiving a gift from the host here will always be my go to place home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at Kaydean and Eton’s residence, which felt like a slice of home. The well-equipped studio provided everything I needed, and the hosts were exceptional in their communication, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Check-in was easy, and I was welcomed by a clean, fresh-smelling unit stocked with essentials. The yard had mango, soursop, and ackee trees, providing delightful local fruits. With a full washer and dryer, my stay was incredibly convenient! Located in New Kingston, everything I needed was within walking distance, from supermarkets to restaurants and attractions like Devon House and the Bob Marley Museum. As I left, I felt a tinge of sadness, grateful for the prime location and the hosts’ kindness. I will definitely return!

This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars! It is clear how much care has been put into making the unit comfortable for guests. The bed is is very comfortable, lots of towels, hot water, good AC, fully equipped kitchen - everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Kingston! The hosts provide a guide with useful information and recommendations which was so helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to stay while in Kingston!

Host was extremely responsive and proactive. Friendly and helped with local recommendations. I felt right at home with dependable WiFi, AC and hot water. Property was extremely safe and secure with locks gates and cameras. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed from soap to shampoo to laundry detergent. She also left me some local snacks . Great experience

My Mountain View stay was superb. lots of fresh air, great scenery, a home away from home. the culture and activities in town was wonderful also the restaurant food in the area was great. The Host was so sweet and available.
