Fantastic villa in a nice area! House is very comfortable, well laid out and beautiful overall. Hosts are great and welcoming.

I recently just got back from my stay at Sandy’s ocean villa. It was beautiful to say the least. The house was huge and had plenty of space for me and my guest. The hospitality was amazing. Sandy has phenomenal people working on this property and they made our stay so pleasant. Ms. Yvonne was our chef and house keeper. She is AMAZING! she prepared a delicious breakfast for my birthday along with a delicious Birthday Cake. She even decorated the dining room and brought me a sash which Was so thoughtful and Unexpected. She went above and beyond ! From her cooking, her freshly pressed juices, and to keeping our space clean on the days she did come. She even did our laundry ! Mr. Baboo was our care taker for the home. He constantly made sure we were ok and He was always available to help and offer suggestions on what to do. He made me and my guest feel safe and happy ! Last but not least our Driver Craig was also amazing ! He took us any and everywhere we wanted to go. Especially with all of this corona Virus outbreak happening, he took his time to make sure all of our things were always sanitized which made us feel safe. He was so pleasant to have with us on this trip. He helped us with all of our needs. During our Trip we also got Massages from Raquel. Her hands were like magic ! I’ve never received a massage that amazing till I met her ! She removed all my tension and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much for this amazing trip ! I come to jamaica often and It felt good to feel like i now have a family at Sandy’s ocean View in addition to my own. Due to the amazing staff I cannot wait to come back and stay and create more memories with such loving people ! Thank you again Craig, Ms. Yvonne, Baboo, and Ms. Raquel ! I wish you all many blessings because you are all so loving.

Our group of 6 had such an amazing experience. Thank you Violet, Jahvon and Stephanie. You were all amazing and put your all into everything that you did. The food was so amazing and going out snorkeling in the reef was a beautiful sight. Thank you for being thoughtful and taking care of us the entire time.

This property is immaculate truly a home away from home. Davian the property manager was so sweet and charming he went above and beyond to ensure me and my family was satisfied In every way possible. I’d definitely book this property again.

Truly a hidden gem! Coral Hill provides the ideal space to rest and restore. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Very happy we stayed here!!

My family and I spent a week at Wag Water Villa and it was just perfect. The view is spectacular. The house itself homey and always spotlessly clean. And the staff are the warmest, kindest people you could ever hope to meet. Chef Bailey has mastered the art of absolutely delicious food with world class presentation. Lorna was so efficient and sweet leaving us special notes and treats each night at turn down. And Linden ensured we were taken care of every second of every day with his calm and charming manner and great knowledge of the area. This is truly a special place and I recommend it very highly - you won’t want to leave!

A Fantastic Place to retreat and to recharge. Beautiful gardens, a refreshing pool, comfortable and clean accommodation and warm and attentive hosts, literally 5 stars experience that I can recommend to anyone.

From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, the home is everything we wanted in a vacation home. It was very spacious, breezy & serene. The lush landscape, full of fruit trees & greenery added to the tropical feel. The pool & tennis court was an added bonus. Overall one of the best features of this home was the STAFF! Chef Sheree, Winston & Kira were so helpful and pleasant they made us feel as if we were family. The dishes chef created were all de-li-cious! Even our pickiest eaters enjoyed every meal. A big thank you also to our host Kimberly who was very responsive & accomodating. Our stay was truly an amazing & wonderful experience. It was another memorable experience for my family and I. We will definitely book this amazing home again!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The craftsmanship of the home is one of a kind and top quality. The host was very responsive and proactive. She was able to accommodate additional services like grocery shopping before we arrived, cooking meals, driver service and ironing services. Carline, her housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was plentiful. She even added flowers from the garden to the breakfast table, which was a nice touch. When we were away from the house, Carline would tidy up after us, which was really kind since we had a big group and a busy schedule. Lando, the driver, was able to accommodate our large group and was on time for pick ups and flexible for drop offs. The location was on a hill, behind a private gate, but still very accessible when we decided to use Uber. The home is private and tucked away but still only 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

Zander’s place is wonderful and Carleign is such an incredible chef. She puts so much love into her dishes and is just simply amazing! We had a great time on the property swimming and hanging around the lawn area. Highly recommend!

Gary’s place was conveniently located to main attractions on the north east side of Jamaica. Chef Camille was excellent and with a group of seven, there was plenty of space. Highly recommend for those looking to explore tourist and non tourist experiences on that side of JamRock.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

The place was a gem, very clean, beautiful and great space for a family to stay…. The kids love the pool and the oceanfront. The property manager Collin and Chef Ms.Thomas went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and worth it. I love this place and will go there again. They were very fun, mannered, friendly and very heart warming. They made sure we felt at home and we really appreciated it a lot.

I want to start by saying how awesome Andrew, our host, was in answering all my questions prior to booking Chatham. We spent a wonderful week here with 4 adults and 4 kids, and this place was exactly what we needed. As a seasoned Jamaica traveler, I was looking for an alternative to all-inclusive resorts, and Chatham delivered. It felt like home, but with all the amenities of a resort. We loved the saltwater pool, the short walk to the beautiful beach, and the convenient ride to Ocho Rios for grocery shopping and craft markets. The chefs were incredible, preparing delicious Jamaican cuisine and helping us plan menus. One tip for future guests: consider purchasing groceries yourself and having the chefs prepare meals, as this can help manage costs. Unfortunately, we lost the beach access FOB key during a family game, resulting in a $150 USD replacement fee. Despite this minor setback, we'll definitely be returning to Chatham. It's a true gem!

I had a peaceful relaxing time, it was easy to find and well secure, I felt at home from I entered. Overall a well manicured landscape development. The unit is fairly new and well kept, it was also a nice touch to be cleaned daily. I totally enjoyed the poppy that greats me daily. Thank you Candice it was a pleasure staying there.

Had a great stay at Ervin’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ervin was a friendly and responsive host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Blue Harbour is a serene and magical getaway with incredible views, delicious home cooked Jamaican food and an interesting history. Michelle is friendly and accommodating and full of good advice and suggestions and we really enjoyed her company. There is a lovely secluded beach and a beautiful saltwater pool and you can hear the ocean at all the times. We particularly loved eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea. I wish that we could’ve spent a week at Blue harbour. We will return next year.

The place was very peaceful and beautiful. The staff (Junior and Robinson) were fantastic and so helpful! The setting of the pool over that bay and ocean was breathtaking. I would recommend this place for people that want a peaceful and calm setting. If you want beach and moving around a bunch....it is not too great. I will say that Robinson was fantastic with us going places if we chose to go though. I would recommend getting food on the way in so you can enjoy the setting and not have to worry about too much travel while there. Did I mention Junior and Robinson?..... They were awesome hosts.
