Spacious, neat, great location.

Beautiful place!!! The listing was spot on. It was comfortable and just enough room; I felt right at home. And Mary was WONDERFUL!! We had an opportunity to chat and she made me feel so welcomed in her home. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in St. Pete.

Ayaiza was an awesome host. Responded quickly and accommodated our request for early check in. The place was spotlessly clean, the whole apartment smell great. Equipped with coffee and tea, she even stocked the fridge with cold water bottles at no charge. She went above and beyond and provided quarters for laundry and laundry detergent. The closet was fully stocked with bath towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. This is THE BEST Airbnb experience that we have ever received. 100% recommending this place. Super close to St. Petersburg downtown but without the loud and crowded atmosphere, very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect get away for 2.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

Great place to stay. Super great location if you’re wanting to explore Tampa and Anna Maria island. The pool was fun as well on the roof top. Great host and great communication

We had a lovely stay at this sweet spot. It was so close to everything on our list, the drive every day to various spots was seamless & smooth! We felt safe in the quiet, quaint neighborhood, especially with the co-hosts next door. Such kind and welcoming people! Chelsea was super responsive and gave clear instructions regarding check in, check out, and answered all of our questions. The space was clean and the perfect size for our trip.

Valentina’s place was amazing! Great location for St. Pete! Easy access to everything in the area. The house was very well accommodating. Beds were super comfortable! Parking was easy in the lot or on the street. We stayed there one night and wouldn’t hesitate to stay a week. We will be back next year for sure! Valentina was very flexible with our check in and very communicative.

Loved the location of the Airbnb. A quick walk to downtown St Pete with the bars and restaurants I also loved that the blankets were cleaned and wrapped and ready for use. The whole Airbnb was spotless. There were four waters left in the fridge for us to have which was a nice gesture! Would stay at this Airbnb again!

Amazing host! Loved her place! Super comfortable bed! Its like your own apartment with everything you need, fridge, coffee corner even with a free water spender. I had a few questions and Sarah answered them always right away. I even asked for a blow dryer and she ordered one with same day delivery! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ host! Really couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommend this place! Definitely will come again

Miaro is a great host. Everything was straight forward and accurate with no tricks or gimmicks. Miaro responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, it seemed like never more than a 15 minute drive or walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking Miaro's way again if we happen to return to that area in the future. Thank you Miaro for the nice stay.

This is an excellent location for couple with single child:) Spend Mother’s Day weekend ..with 17th year old son…used the Central Ave trolley ..on Friday..and Saturday.. Publix close by as well as a few craft beer and Sushi and noodle shops which were super..patio coffee and parking and well as walkable was excellent!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Great bungalow for a few nights stop over! The AC is located only in the bedroom so no problems sleeping in a cool room. The bathroom did get quite later in the day since it’s on the opposite side of the bedroom with AC, and its pretty small for a 6ft person but we managed just fine. The deck was very nice to relax on during the cooler hours of the day. I would book a weekend stay again.

From beginning to end my experience was amazing. Great location and an awesome waterfront view. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The unit was clean and the hosting team was very helpful. I will definitely be visiting again sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was extremely clean and comfy for our family of 4. The kitchen is large; beds are comfortable, tons of hot water and all the amenities. No noise at all from other guests. The bar downstairs is open and easy to access, as is the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

Hands down the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The view from the balcony was incredible, the place was exactly as pictured and super clean, it had everything you needed for your stay! we were in love and the host was super responsive, we were lucky enough to be able to extend 1 day last minute and she was so helpful and kind about it! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the laundry was a much added bonus! Only like a 5 min drive to the beach as well and close to many restaurants and grocery stores! I can’t say enough good things about this place. We can’t wait to come back you won’t be disappointed renting this place !

Perfect place exactly what we were looking for

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.
