What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

We recently wrapped up an AMAZING stay at The Lobster Beach Bungalow. Everything was as described- charming ‘old Florida’ feel and close proximity to the beach (50 steps). It felt like a miniature resort. We got to meet other vacationers staying at the other bungalows, which was pretty cool. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a day where the gulf waters were a little rougher. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning- yum! The bungalow itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had we could have desired should we have decided to eat in. Too many yummy local eateries for that for us though! We also loved being able to have our fur babies with us, as no vacation is complete without our whole family. We look forward to returning next year with some extended family to experience this peaceful paradise. Thank you, Liz, for creating a place that feels like home away from home!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

The turquoise house was easy to find and perfect for walking to Vinoy park for the blues festival. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. Would stay again!

A great little house close to downtown. Great neighborhood for a walk.

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

We loved our trip! Tonga was so prompt with any concerns we had. The labeled light switches were extremely helpful. We loved the hot tub! We would definitely come back here again.

A group of us stayed here for a wedding in the heart of Ybor City. We felt the cottage was super cozy and comfortable, had everything that we needed for a weekend stay. The house is blocks away from everything you needed which was extremely convenient to walk away everywhere. Would recommend this stay to everyone!
